DECO is by far the BEST place I have lived in the Madison area and the ONLY place I have renewed a lease at. I have lived in 5 different rental properties in the Madison area throughout the past 5 years. It is absolutely worth the price, which isn't out of line for the area. Management is AMAZING (shout out to Hannah and Abbie). They are incredibly responsive and truly care about the upkeep of the property and happiness of the tenants. My dog and I love stopping by the management office every day to say hi. Beautiful pool, spacious underground heated parking, dog park with plenty of room to run and agility structures, near a ton (too many) of delicious restaurants, the grocery store, Target. It really doesn't get better than this. I am sad to be leaving this property because it truly feels like home (only leaving due to purchasing a house). Thanks the the DECO team for making the last year and a half the best it could be!

It has been an amazing experience to live at the Deco. I have lived at the Deco for over a year now in two units and have nothing but high praises. Location is great and only 15 minutes from downtown. Hannah is a wonderful property manager who is flexible to accommodate and happily help. The maintenance team goes above and beyond the job description to keep the property in stellar condition. The cleaning crew, Miriam and Jose, do an amazing job at keeping the building looking brand new. Also, the first people I say hello to every morning. There is a sense of community at the Deco too with an open courtyard and fireplace. Finally, there are fantastic amenities too such as a dog-park, pool, grills, fitness center, and underground parking. I strongly recommend living at the Deco and would pick it again if I had the option to.

DECO Apartments is very spacious, clean n beautiful apt. The staff is amazing! "These are great apartments in a great area ,have amazing floor plan ,new construction,.The community hall is always clean. They make efforts to do get together through event such as bagel friday,taco truck n many more so that the community people can meet ... after the pendamic.The maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to any issues.THEY ARE ALWAYS SO HAPPY TO HELP YOU FOR ANYTHING. ...we stayed there for 2 yrs n 4 months,the apt was so comfortable n they had basement parking too ...While moving we had a lot of problems searching an apt like DECO.I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others..

Excellent experience living at Deco! Great location on the west side of Madison. Close to Middleton, West Town Mall, and about a 20 minutes to downtown. Beautiful, clean building with a gym and pool. Spacious apartment and underground parking included. Maintenance is responsive and helpful, and the property manager Hannah is fantastic! Highly recommend the Deco apartments!
