The maximum permitted is two (2) cats. Tenant agrees to pay a monthly non-refundable pet fee of $30.00 per cat. This amount can be added to your rent amount and does not include the Petscreening.com profile fees. There is a $300 non-refundable pet fee regardless of one (1) or two (2) cats. The cat does not have to be declawed or fixed but must be an exclusive indoor cat. No pet offspring are allowed.

Any unauthorized animal will be charged a $100 per month fine until the animal is accounted for.

PetScreening.com profile fees and monthly pet rent is not required for approved assistance animals.
