Kentucky you have been invaded by a disease and it's name is Roscoe Properties. They are a bunch of lawbreaking slum lords and any property they touch should be avoided now and forever. In Austin they are known for allowing any pet so Roscoe properties are full of pit bulls. Their payment system will auto draft incorrect amounts and stick you with late fees. They take over troubled properties and perform subpar renovation work that is rarely up to code and is a fire and electrical hazard.

Let me start out by saying that Ive lived here a year and will not be renewing my lease. This is going to be a long post.... In the year I have been here they have changed management at least 2-3 times. No one in the office returns calls. For example, they switched resident portals online. It was time to pay rent and I didnt have a code to register on the portal. I called the office, someone took down my name and number and told me that a manager would give me a call back. No one ever called so i had to call back, finally got my registration code to pay my rent and theyve charged me a late fee for rent. My rent would not have been late had they returned my call. The only way they like to communicate with you is by leaving a piece of paper on your door. The on site laundry facially is absolutely terrible. Every time I did laundry here the washing machines left a residue on my clothes. They dryers barely get your clothes dry. I have to wear scrubs for my job and I would have to take a wash cloth to my uniforms to SCRUB off the residue from the machines.Doing your laundry here is just a wast of money. If I could post photos on this review I would share photos of what my scrubs looked liked after being washed here. Bring your own lights because the bedroom and living room does not have an overhead light! If you work night shift, do not live here. During my stay here they been updating the apartments. Im one week I had maintainence attempt to come into my apartment THREE times to install a shower head. They also came in several times to update one outlet in the kitchen a bathroom. So if you work nights and try to sleep during the day, you wont be getting much sleep. Also, if youre a night shift person or work odd hours you can forget about getting a parking spot near your apartment when you come home from work. Pretty much every time I get home from work I have to park in the visitors parking area near the basketball courts. I wouldnt complain about this if I worked normal hours and returned home when it was still day light. But having to walk from the basketball courts to the other end of the apartment complex at 3am alone is a little unsettling. Getting anything from maintenance was like pulling teeth. When I first moved in there was an issue with the toilet. I reported the issue and told them I would be out of town for a few days. That gave them plenty enough time to come out and fix it. When I returned the issue had not been fixed. I called back and they told me someone would be out that day. No one came. Finally, over a week after the issue was first reported the maintaince supervisor came out and informed me that one of his men had marked the task as competed when in fact he never came to look. The supervisor was very nice and apologetic. He did fix the toilet. But it shouldnt take over a week to fix something as minor as the toilet. I lived on the ground floor. During one of the heavy rains we had recently, water came up through a hole in the floor of the closet where the water heater is stored. The floor of the closet and the carpet in the hallway was SOAKED. When maintenance finally came out he said are you sure its not coming from the bathroom? The bathroom was completely dry..... Again, if you could post photos on reviews I would have some of the closest and carpet The location of the apartment is nice but the only down fall is that your at the mercy of the traffic on Tates Creek Rd when your pulling in or out of pinebrook. Theres been time Ive had to wait 10+ minutes to get onto the road because of traffic. The only reason Im giving them two stars and not one is that the apartment itself wasnt bad. It was clean and had a fully furnished kitchen. It was more than enough room for me and my 80lb dog.
