Fine location, Houses are fine. Heard rumors of mice from some of the houses but i didnt have a problem with pests. Stone counter and new appliances and refurbished up to par. That is about it for niceness. Maintenance skims on a ton. Dont use anchors for drywall on anything including towel racks and thermostat. The paint job is whack and the trim is beat up and they paint EVERYTHING to hide the house being disheveled, but other than that the houses are liveable and are generally nice at the first impression. My house was wired incorrectly on the front outlet in the living room and i could not turn the outlet on unless my porch light was also on so be wary. My main gripe, though, is with the landlord. She will try to squeeze as much money as she can on move out. I was a good tenant that paid rent on time and was always nice when talking with her. She charged full deposit and pet deposit plus charged me extra for a scratch in the floor that spans a couple floorboards and wasnt very deep. I sent an email saying i dont think i could pay the whole thing and she sent one back saying she will send me to collections over the 25$ extra charge. She charged me my entire 350$ deposit, my extra credit i accidentally got from paying a little more on rent, plus 25$ extra for this measly thing and instead of eating the 25$ cost and just taking the deposit she threatens someone who had been a relatively low impact tenant. If you move here be careful, the landlord is nice but is just like all the other money hungry property owners. Prism realty is slowly getting worse and worse reviews so be wary.

Landlord turns me off though. No loyalty or appreciation at all.
