We loved the community, neighbors, and location! We lived here for only a short time but had nothing but good things! Heather was so helpful and responded fast to emails and concerns! Sarah the maintenance supervisor was always fast at completing work orders and getting back to you as soon as possible. We would highly recommend this community!

I really missed the former manager Kellan. She was the reason I rent here. The new manager Heather did not do anything particularly unprofessional, but I have had unpleasant experience with her. Once I had a toilet emergency, while she was supposed to be in the office that morning. However she did not show and I was trapped in my apartment for the whole morning. About 4 hours later I finally got an email from her saying she was on sick leave that day and will be sending a maintenance right away. And for multiple times I have not been getting my packages in a timely manner. For days they were just sitting in the office until I ask about it.

I have been a tenant at Univ. Plaza Apartments for two and a half years and it has been one of the best renting experiences I've had. Kellan, the manager of the property, was always professional, kind and quick to respond to any maintenance needs. Andrew, the maintenance man, always responded to my maintenance requests within 24 hours. They both took excellent care of the grounds as well. Bottom line, value is exceptional and location is ideal - close to Westport, Plaza, downtown. I moved here at the recommendation of a friend and would absolutely recommend this place to others.
