I have been a resident since July of 2014 and have a 2 bedroom apartment for myself and my cats. While I would not can these "Luxury Apartments", they are not all that bad and I have seen far worse. They seem to be trying to improve the overall complex as last year they added outside grills and picnic tables, this was a big thing with the people in my building as many like to grill when they can. This year they are going to be repaving the whole lot, not totally needed, but might actually be cheaper than repairing the worst areas alone. The staff is nice and I have never had an issue with any of them. Recently they have been trying to create more of a community by hosting small events at the office. I have only been able to partake in one due to my work schedule, but it is nice to see them trying. Maintenance is normally prompt, depending on the issue. They are normally there the same day or the next. The resident portal on their website has improved and is a bit easier to use than the previous version. I wish they would post the rent due a bit earlier or post an expected amount due earlier. When I was looking for a place, this was the best value for my money. Being a person that on-line games I was in need of a good internet connection; so I was turned off by the nearby apartment that offered their own internet service in a tiered plan which was overpriced. This complex is also close to the university and many amenities: Shopping, Movies, Restaurants and much more. One of the things I would like changed is the clubhouse. I really wish the office was closed off and there was a separate entrance to inside that you could reserve for group meetings on the weekend. My apartment is not big enough to host some of the events I would like to do on the weekends, but that area is large enough. I would be fine with having to pay a deposit for such use myself. I have never had an issue with any of my neighbors, everyone tends to greet you when they see you. When my old car failed to start a couple of times I was able to get one of them to help me out by getting it jump started.

I have been a resident of nottingham apts for 13 years. It is a safe place to live raising my daughter as a single parent. The location is convenient and close to a bus route. Access to the amenities is a benefit.

I love this place! Amanda in the office has just been amazing to work with. I find the cost very reasonable and my apartment is spacious and just lovely. Move in costs are the most reasonable Ive ever had. I have found my neighbors to be quiet and friendly. Its nice to go to the office and always be greeted with a smiling face!
