I lived here while at school, the proximity/furniture/utilities are NOT WORTH IT. They do not know how to communicate, plain and clear. They disguise it with glamorous insta photos and free giveaways- but they are money hungry and disrespectful. Various break ins. Next door to the fire department. Hidden fees. No responses. I was constantly charged fees and payments not stated in my lease and without any invoice. Weirdest thing is everything has been electric free for nearly 7 months; only accepting cash/check and not having a portal. I was the first one to live in my apartment unit and despite being new, everything was always breaking. There were two major leaks in my unit, one ruined the walls and the other ruined my property. This place takes advantage of students not knowing better and far away guarantors. It's a shame. Everything will change once you sign the dot.
