Moving from New England to Issaquah was a daunting task. I had to find an apartment sight unseen. I called Windsong and Tiffany was more than happy to help. She reviewed my options in detail and gave me a FaceTime tour of a unit, even including the nearby trail access. She immediately contacted me when a unit was available and made the rental application smoothly sailing. When my dog and I finally arrived she welcomed us with a smile and beautiful plant. She has been incredibly responsive to all of our questions and requests. So far I have had a top rate experience!

After months of searching for an apt in Issaquah during COVID challenges, Tiffany returned my call and offered up exactly what I was looking for (as Issaquah rents are on the spendy end), Since move in May 2021, Tiffany has responded to all my inquiries within minutes, with next steps and resolutions that quickly followed. Her attentiveness and efforts shine as the community is older and requires continuous follow up and collaboration from tenants. She has made every effort to make WindSong a comfortable home. I truly appreciate Tiffanys competency as a property manager and friendly neighborly community. All renters should be so fortunate, Thank you for all you do Tiffany, you make all the difference!!!!!

Windsong is community! Staff is friendly, attentive and they care!! Whether it's the meticulous effort given to a flower garden accent at the entrance, or a clean building after a power wash, we feel like we're home. I'd encourage anyone to investigate the adjacent trails, or the pleasant walk along Front St to historic Issaquah.

Ive been a resident of Windsong for two months, and it has been such a great place for us!
What really has set this complex apart is the personal connection that the management staff makes with each resident.
Before we even moved, Anita, our complex manager, did everything she could to make our long distance move and transition seamless and comfortable. From receiving packages / furniture to reassuring phone calls during the application and rental process, she was absolutely on the ball at every given moment. Upon our arrival, she made sure that everything was in place and we were able to move in quickly and easily. She continues to be such an asset to this community and a huge reason that we love living here .
The maintenance staff (Bold) is just as wonderful! We only had a few small and insignificant issues upon moving in, but they were handled immediately as if they were of the utmost importance.
Overall, just a great and friendly place to live.
Windsong has great apartments and Roman and Jennifer the staff really look out for the tenants and go above and beyond. Great place!

I live at Windsong and enjoy it very much. The grounds are always clean and very park like, the community is quiet and the neighbors are great.
I moved into a newly renovated unit and it is very nicely done. The management here is very good. I have not had one problem. This is a great place to live. They are still doing renovations but it's a great place to live.

Off leash dog park (Bark Park) is a short 3.5 mile trip up to the highlands. The Beaver Lake off leash park is 5 miles away. We have two dogs and haven't had any flea problems like was mentioned by other reviews.
Area is very quiet... wouldn't know there are dogs living in these apartments if you didn't see them walking around town every day.
Apartment appliances are older but functional...Maintenance man is pretty quick about fixing things... (He's afraid of dogs so he likes to make sure you're home when he comes over.)
There has been at least one car prowl in the back lot, and some car alarms have gone off a couple of times in the nine months I've lived here. I work pretty late at night and I have seen Issaquah police patroling the lot when I come home... Police station is 5 blocks away.
Apartment manager is nice. I will renew my lease if rent doesn't go sky high..
