I would just like to give a shout out to Maegan W. From the time we started inquiring/visiting the apartment community to moving in she has been there every step of the way. Now I know I am very ticky about the small things, yet she still took the time out to see to my concerns and showed nothing but kindness in doing so. She is just so nice and sweet every time we call or stop into the office. Thank you Maegan for your awesome customer service you have provided us! The other ladies in the office are also sweet as well! Thank you all for making our transition easy and accepting us as a part of your community!
Far as the apartment itself after moving in there were some small issues that needed tending to, which they had maintenance come out right away and those items are now in process of being fixed. Maintenance is also very responsive, which I love! Overall we are satisfied with our apartment!

The staff has always greeted me with a smile when I visit, and are always so helpful answering my million questions! My best friends lives here and loves the service, she is always raving about how quickly her service requests are completed, or about how sweet the office team is. I cannot wait to experience Winsted myself!

Beautiful apartment community in Irving that feels more like a neighborhood of single-family homes. Each unit has a private attached garage. The apartments have vaulted ceilings and spacious layouts. These are the most enormous 1 and 2 bedroom floor-plans that Ive seen. Management is caring and the grounds are beautiful. I love the fact that they have 2 pools, a volleyball court and a basketball court. Its a great place to rent an apartment in Irving!

04.04.22 Update: The office accepts payments in person, but has waited until first thing on the 4th of the month to post my check, after charging late fees. I would highly recommend anyone who pays their rent in person to get a signed receipt.
I think this might have been a nice place to live at some point in the past, but the current management is HORRENDOUS. I would 100% recommend living anywhere else. Anything you pay will be worth it.
