When I first came to look at these apartments I was greeted by staff happy and eager to assist you. That was a plus for I was hesitant moving to apartment after years living in house. The customer service, friendliness, and understanding among staff cause me to feel more at ease. They are consistent with corespondents rather call, email, or text.when I move in my schedule was conflicting with time get there so the virtual interaction was plus too for me. I love emails sometimes we forget things or think later to read flyer. I love that about Cumberland. Any questions or concerns I have they have been open and ready to answer fix. The maintenance crew are awesome they are respectful and quick with doing any job requests. The staff have been amazing with concern for they community of residents. I applaud Sonia, Trinity, Portia, and Marisa for showing kindness, patience, and embracing there job with love for community of Park at Cumberland which is rare gem. Im glad to call Park of Cumberland home and to all the staff know you guys rock and keep up the awesome work.
