We have lived in the building for a few years now. The Avalon team is extremely responsive, helpful and professional. From the office staff to the maintenance crew, they are always able to answer our questions and solve any minor issues that may arise from time to time. Special recognition to Pablo in the leasing office and Robinson and Felix in the maintenance team who always do a great job!

Rob called before he came, and respected our request to wear a mask when working in our apartment. Pablo is one of a kind when it comes to management. Hes professional, kind, incredibly helpful, and accommodating. Luis is great as well, helping me when I was locked out of my apartment! Ive lived elsewhere in Hoboken and NYC, and none of the buildings were run quite like this one.

Anytime I've needed something fixed in my apartment the maintenance team is quick to resolve the issue. Always a major bonus when renting. Can't say enough great things about the employees working here.
