My move from Maine to Colorado was such an easy and enjoyable process in large part to Tyler and Jenny of Bristol Pointe Apartments in Loveland, Colorado. Moving across the country without having the opportunity to visit the area first can be scary, but thanks to Tyler and Jenny those fears were put to rest from my initial contact with the property. They both communicated with me on a regular basis throughout the entire process and ensured all of the required documents were submitted on time. As for the property itself, its well maintained and within 7-10 minutes to downtown where there are an abundance of restaurants and shops. My apartment is well laid out, has granite countertops, stainless appliances and adequate storage. I highly recommend Bristol Pointe to anyone considering a move to the Loveland, Colorado area.

We moved in to Bristol Pointe 10 months ago, during the pandemic. We haven't been able to enjoy the gym or the clubhouse because of the pandemic, but other than that, we are super happy here. We were able to enjoy the pool for a short time over the summer and that was nice.
The apartment was clean when we moved in. The units are spacious, have a washer and dryer, and upgraded kitchen appliances. The staff, both the leasing agents and the maintenance team are amazing! They are quick to respond to your phone call/email and they are helpful, friendly, kind, and honest. My husband lost some money one day. He went into the Leasing Office, in the off chance that someone turned it in, and guess what? Someone had turned it in - someone that worked there and found it in the parking lot.
We highly recommend Bristol Pointe!
