Moving in was an easy process. The ladies that work in the office were very helpful and assisted me with the process. They were able to get me moved in on short noticed. The apartment had new appliances and the floors where updated. The elmhurst location is a very nice and friendly area. Definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for apartments in the area.

I moved to a one of the new remodels and I love it. Everything is new and everything is pretty.
The office staff is superb. Lisa and Nicole made moving in very easy from the application to the move in day. And the maintenance guy Benji was awesome.
I thought twice before looking at the apartment and told Lisa that on the phone. The reviews were a bit bad. Lisa told me to come out and see the property and meet the staff for myself. I have not regretted it at all. I've been here for a little more than two months and have met some nice people too.
The only downside is the parking. My spot is a little far from my apartment, but they did say to remind them to check for a closer spot for me.

I love Elmhurst Terrace Apartments. The location is ideal; just steps from banking, shopping, restaurants, schools and parks. Thats the neighborhood, but the BEST part of Elmhurst Terrace living is the stylish units, AMAZING ONSITE MAINTENANCE, and super cool, real people, CARING and RESPONSIVE, LEASING STAFF.
The full team works together so well; and truly treat us like family; looking out for the residents so we can enjoy our community and homes. A very special THANK YOU to Lisa R. for the time, eagle eye, dedication, and kindness you put into my transition. I am beyond grateful and feel blessed you are leading Elmhurst Terrace!
