The biggest reason why I like this place is that it's clean, well located, and the neighborhood is really quite. There is even a police station somewhere there which, obviously, increases the safety side.

The apartment staff is really friendly, the maintenance is on point and they get stuff taken care of the day you call.

Ive only lived here for about a month and so far I love it! The staff (mainly Dakota, I havent dealt with the lady much) has been extremely helpful and kind. The apartment is beautiful, the layout is a little weird but overall a very pretty space. I love the landscaping (minimal work required to maintain it but its adorable). My only complaints are parking, if you dont get home at decent time, you have to park in the separate parking outside of the community, this section is gated as well so its not that big of a deal. The online payment option is a little pricy and totally not worth it, which is something I wish I wouldve known upon signing my lease ($47.75 convenience fee on top of my $800 rent). The kitchen is tiny but its manageable in comparison to the size of the bedroom and bathroom space you get. Rent is not bad considering the area and the actual apartment and complex. I personally love it here so far!

Nice location and decent price. It is a gated community. The area is extremely safe. Gas station, police station, synagoge, starbucks, sports bars, and kroger in walking distance.

This place is awesome. I toured it yesterday. The staff is so nice. They answered all my questions. I even asked about the local eats and they gave me some great recommendations. Great price and great location. Im excited to make this place Home.

This used to be a good place to live. Quiet and well kept. The management is rude, and they care nothing about tenants who have been here for years. Running everyone off.

The apartment staff is really friendly, the maintenance is on point and they get stuff taken care of the day you call.....But these are the most overpriced Apartments I have lived in. $800 a month for a one bedroom where you can hear your upstairs neighbors constantly ...... I'm guessing why the rent is $800 a month for a one-bedroom is because it is in a nice quiet neighborhood, so you literally are getting charged $100-$150 more for the neighborhood around it not the actual apartment complex... If this is your only option like it was mine a year ago and thank God I only signed a year lease, then make sure you live on the third floor otherwise you will regret it... Just make sure you're considerate to the people below you LOL
