Pine Village provides beautiful three-bedroom single-story townhomes with open floor plans, attached garages, and individual yards. These units come with washer and dryer included, and the laundry room doubles as a storm shelter. To qualify for occupancy, an individual or household must work with agricultural or aquaculture commodities and also qualify based on income guidelines. This housing includes but is not restricted to farm workers. In a nutshell, if your hands come into contact with the farm product; packing, storing, hauling etc. there is a strong indication you meet the eligibility criteria. Additionally, Farm Labor households qualify for those who are active farm laborers, disabled or retired farm laborers, and spouse of active/former/deceased farm laborers.
