So far just got approved for an apartment here. I want to say crystal in the leasing office was beyond helpful and has helped us through the whole process. If it's your first time getting a place of your own don't hesitate to talk to crystal. She explained things further to better help us understand the processes and how things work. Though I haven't moved in yet I feel very comfortable leaving a 5 star review. for management crystal needs a raise! One heck of a hardworker you have!

I can not speak highly enough of my experience living at Las Brisas. The office staff has been very helpful and live in the community verses many that just sell you the bill of goods then leave and go home. To also commend them, the staff has been very quick to act when other renters are up to no good and change the pool and laundry keys periodically to ensure only people that have access should. Las Brisas has become the place my kids and I call home. There are always small things that could be better newer appliances, fans in every room BUT I have to say I'm not willing to pay the upwards of $800 for an apartment when I can move into a home for the same money. One additional advantage that we have enjoyed is the pool is heated making any day a perfect day for swimming in my kids eyes.
