The worst place in Carrollton. Period. I don't know who Sabrina think she is but she needs to be fired ASAP. I've been here for some time now and this staff is the worst I've ever seen.The pool has been opened once. The gates are always busted. You can't use the fitness room. I can't wait to leave here. Do not come here or you will lose a lot of money.

Overpriced project housing with the illusion of a gated community and safety but the pizza man knows the code to get in and the emergency responders can't get in for 20 mins unless someone let's them in....also when your contract is completed and you decide to leave they still charge you for breaking contract to make you stay or get extra money...absoutely horrible place I rather be homeless again

We left after 3 months, breaking our lease and paying essentially an extortion fee to do it (could have been worse, but still). They pulled a bait & switch on us from the get-go, promising a third floor apartment then telling us it was unavailable days before move in so we not only had anxiety about not having a place to live but got a second floor apartment; our neighbors smoked weed every other day and that made our apartment reek the whole time we lived there; we could hear every single step our above neighbors ever took thanks to poor insulation; the residents of the complex like to fight and carry on in the parking lot pretty much all evening long completely unchecked; no security thanks to a broken gate, presumably damaged by those same residents; no rec room thanks to those same people destroying it. Management did replace our fridge, which had an odor so strong in it we couldn't use it. They were also friendly enough, but I feel like they did everything they could to snatch every penny from us possible while we were there-doesn't matter how much you try to reason with them, they're not good people. I really wish I had known about this place before we ever looked at it-I would have avoided it entirely.

My children and I have been here since Feb. of this year and its good compared to other developments in Carrollton as far as appearance and age are concerned. I have a 3 bedroom facing the lake which is a nice view but it is very poorly insulated. In the summer the front end stays cool with the air running but the back end stays warm...sometimes really hot and the kids can't sleep well. In the winter the heat warms the front end but it's freezing on the back end and the kids have to layer blankets. I can't let my baby sleep on that end and the electricity is outrageous! There are black spots in the guest bathroom shower that we have cleaned time and time again and it keeps reappearing which causes me to believe it is mold. Maintenance simply caulks over it which doesn't fix the problem. Lord help them if one of my kids gets sick! I have had an issue with holes in the wall behind my stove caused by a rat or mouse and droppings throughout the apartment. It takes maintenance 3-4 days to come through and fix the problems on the work order. Lately no one answers the phones and when they do they have to get back to me. With that said they dont return calls or emails. I generally end up going into the office. Residents are also not allowed to utilize all of the "community amenities." For what we pay to live here I was told that I could and should be able to! I will be contacting corporate and we will be looking to move as soon as the lease is up.

This is the worst place i have ever lived in my whole life!!!! They advertise all this stuff. For one, The gym has been broken for 4 months. There is only ONE computer in the computer lab. The gates are HORRIBLE!! This is the most DRUG INFESTED place i have ever been!! On Sundays, there is so much garbage piled up and it smells horrible. If you are one day late on rent, they charge you 200$$ yeah....they say 25$ but 25$ plus a whole bunch of hidden fees. If you have children, please do not raise them here! it will be the worst mistake of your life! All the managers have smart attitudes!

I lived at Magnolia Lake for about 3yrs, They keep changing the Managment like they change shoes, but no lie they do have a lot of problem's with the gates, trash, police in and out, kids running in the street, ppl standing in the hallways and on the step's, drugs and ppl walking around smoking pot and other things in that nature, but as far as inside the apt, I loved it no problems with bugs maybe once or twice a spider coming under the front door but that's it, I would move back if I ever decide to put not on the side were the basketball and tennis court are cause it is really ghetto on that side.
