Maintenance and the Property Management are the epitome of quality customer service. The first day we moved to the unit we have been welcomed and all repairs, which were only a few were taken care of immediately and during the repairs, Mr. Dale became a teacher of his craft allowing us to learn what it takes to maintain a quality unit. Mr. Dale and Christys welcoming attitude has made this transition unbelievably enjoying. Treating all tenants as equals, like Family is why this property will always be the epitome of excellent customer service with pleasant, peaceful living experience. Mr. Dales rating is above a 5 star because his work ethics shows in the quality of work he has shown with this unit. Christy has made the transition one of a kind and we gladly appreciate everything she has done above and beyond her actual duty as a Property Manager.
