In my honest opinion it is for the most part a decent place. I would have given it 5 stars except I feel a few things are lacking after changing companies at the beginning of the year. I will say this though, Josh and Stephanie (the leasing personal) are friendly, helpful and easy to talk to. Sam (part of maintenance I believe) is truly one of the best. This review, however, is no reflection on the people I mentioned. Can't let others actions represent them when they are good workers. My review is based on how things were with the old company verses the new company. The areas I noticed a difference in was organization, communication, time it takes to respond to work orders (as not all of the maintenance crew work as effectively and timely as Sam does), and the upkeep on sidewalks during winter. All else is perfect UPDATE: the events they have are just awesome. Things just keep getting better and better . The painting event was awesome and has me doing some on my own as I love doing art stuff. I even went out and bought myself some supplies and doing some paintings of my own at home. Sure you still have some issues but for the most part things are improving. You can't get this kind of thing at other apartments that for sure.

Kailyn was absolutely amazing during the moving process! She was so accommodating when I came to tour the apartments and maintained excellent communication before, while and after moving in. I love the community so far and I look forward to living here. It is a quiet community with lots of fun and positive interaction with residents and staff

I lived here for 3 years. Any problem Ive ever had while I lived here, which was not many, was handled promptly by the maintenance staff or management. The property really turned around for the better in the time Ive lived here. The gym is second to none as far as apartment gyms are concerned. I would recommend considering them if your looking for an apartment in the area. Stop in, take a tour, and you will see what I mean.

Edit - My family and I have lived here for over a year now and I honestly cannot wait to get out. Stephanie & Josh who work in the office are great, I have no problems with them whatsoever. They're always extremely friendly. But ever since we've moved in it seems like quality has gone down and prices have gone WAY up. As far as maintenance goes, it seems as though Sam is the only knowledgeable one who works there. The rest that I have dealt with are highly unprofessional and really need some better training before attempting to fix anything. When we first moved in, water & trash were covered by the apartments, we received monthly newsletters at our door letting us know of all the things happening in our community and the vibe just seemed happier. Now they no longer cover any utilities, there's no communication with residents whatsoever and it just doesn't seem as nice as it once did, especially for what we're paying now. I should add that the clubhouse is very nice and has a free coffee machine :D I just wish they did more activities in the clubhouse so residents could enjoy it more.

I really love the place. The staff is amazing. I lived here for many years i ended up leaving moving somewhere else and i broke my lease to come back because the units are updated now and a marvelous movie theather and complimentary coffee bar and stefanie makes the the best popcorn ever! Alexis is really sweet and always so helpful when i come into the office. Josh is wonderful.

My family and I received awesome service from Sammy the Maintenance Supervisor. Our furnace went out and he was in our apartment immediately to try to fix it. When he realized the issue he ultimately got it replaced in under 2 days. Also, the management staff for Trilogy has been attentive to our needs moving in. We are thankful for the support!

We recently moved in to our apartment and after several calls to office finally had a person named Brian came to install a grab bar. Brian was efficient and friendly. He went and spoke directly to the shower installers to make sure he used the appropriate material. Thank you Brian.

Loved living here up until it got new owners. Had to change my review. You got potheads that stink up your place. The office people are so unorganized. Update: Things have gotten much better. I don't know what was done, but I no longer have whoever it was that was smoking pot on a daily basis stinking up my apartment. I've gotten to know some of the people that work here and they're very nice people. The clubhouse is a beautiful place to just sit back and relax.

Really nice good sized apartments. The only thing that sucks is that the shower breaks often. Sam the maintenance guy is really awesome when it comes to fixing anything in the apartment though. I would recommend requesting him to do any work in the apartment. Just had to change my rateing because the office staff, although nice, doesn't do their job very well. I tried to have my girlfriend added to the lease (the last week of August) and the office staff told us that it was a 24 hour process. Never got a phone call. We called a little over a month later (late September) and the staff member said that the papers were not put into the system that they did it then. Again, never got a phone call. We called 2 weeks later and was told that they couldn't find the papers and that the info AGAIN was not put in the system and that they would give us a call. AGAIN NO PHONE CALL. Called again today and they FINALLY had a key fob. Also to find out that she couldn't be put on the lease because it is near the end of my lease period which they could had said something before hand. This hasn't been the first time dealing with the office staff and getting on them making sure things get done. I would expect a little more motivation for how much I'm paying to live here.

I am in the process of moving within the next 3 months and being proactive maintaining my current residence in the area I decided to view an apartment at Trilogy. I was shown an apartment by Stephanie who was amazing! She was knowledgeable, pleasant had passion. Have not decided if I will rent there yet but that's only based on washers/dryers are in common areas. Thank you Stephanie for great customer service.

The amenities are fantastic and my apartment is very roomy, with lots of closet space. Different units have different layouts, but they make sense, and are spacious. Plus, you can't beat a free espresso drink every morning at the clubhouse. I stopped going to Starbucks altogether.

It's a good basic apartment, nice neighbors, excellent work out room, haven't tried the pool yet as that's not my thing, and maintenance seems responsive. It would be 5/5 stars if not for the following... They double charged me for rent in their system. In person and in contract this did not come up and made sure my balance was $0, paid move in costs on time, paid first months rent on time, so imagine my surprise when I get a nasty gram in my mailbox stating the following "DEMAND FOR POSSESSION NON-PAYMENT OF RENT [...] If you owe this rent you must do one of the following within 7 days from the date this notice was served. a. Pay the rent owed. or b. Move out or vacate the premises [...]" When I talked to the office staff they took off one months rent, but not the late charge ($50) and not the duplicate rent from the move in month. Further more the ledger in their electronic system does not seem to correlate at all what my contract states (some charges are actually missing). Once this is resolved I will update my review, but this does show aggressive tactics and sloppy book keeping, so be forewarned update [8/15/2017] they still haven't responded to my emails update [8/21/2017] finally got the issue resolved after having to cc the parent company Final verdict: stay on top of them and don't trust their math, otherwise fine. Also the pool's pretty good too ;) update [8/29/17] They removed most of the bushes around my building without explanation. The office does not seem to know this happened. It looks like trash

I have lived at the Trilogy apartments for four months, and I WILL renew my lease here. Stephanie is awesome. She made the move in process quick. She really cares about the residents and makes you feel at home. The staff here are very understanding especially Josh and Madeline. The maintenance man Sam is very nice, any issue I had he was there and ts very knowledgeable about his job. The only issue I had was resolved rather quickly thanks to the Community Manager Kristine. Neighborhood is very quiet. Very nice apartment amenities. I love the complimentary refreshments offered in the clubhouse. Every morning I grab a cup of coffee before I head out to work. The clubhouse looks and smells great. I have no complaints and would recommend anyone who likes a quiet neighborhood with friendly staff to stay at the Trilogy Apartments.

After looking at multiple places I found The Trilogy apartments. Madeline was more than helpful and assisted me with anything I needed. She followed up with me daily on the status of my request. (I specifically asked to be notified whether I was approved or not and she did so in a very timely manner). I would recommend these apartments to anyone! Very lovely place!

I moved into Trilogy a few weeks ago. I needed an apartment fast, and Deborah got me into one in less than one week. Ive been very satisfied so far. The apartments are rehabilitated nicely and very clean. It is nice having a completely new bathroom. I have only had a few maintenance issues, and they were corrected in a timely fashion. Both technicians were very friendly. I would recommend moving here, especially if you need a big apartment or have a dog.
