Rio West is one of the best and most affordable places in Austin! Especially since the new management group took over this year, this community has only continued to get better! Not only is the staff so incredibly friendly and helpful, but they have really gone out of their way to keep me updated on all of the awesome renovations that are coming soon! I am excited to spend another year here! I would definitely sign before it is too late... you simply will not find anything this nice for this cheap!

I really love this property! The new renovations they are putting in look great and the new management team is AWESOME. Tamara and Collin really go out of their way to make sure that the residents are taken care of. Tamara knows everyone by name and wants to have a relationship with all of us. The new updates are looking great and should be done soon. I am excited for all the updated appliances and amenities.

I have been living here since 2019 and my experience has been nothing short of great. The amenities are great and the cost of living here is very affordable. Rio's assistant general manager Tamara is the coolest person ever. Every time we have an issue, she is responsive to it and tries to help us out in every possible way. Same goes for Ana, she is a great employee. Some of my friends toured with Ana and signed the lease right away! if you are looking for affordable and comfortable living, this is the place to be and the management team is amazing so thats a big plus!!!
Hunter was great and very helpful during the entire process from subleasing to moving out!
