This is a really great place to live! Management and maintenance are really good folks! It's no wonder the vacancies don't last long.

Don't come expecting to live like royalty, it's a small quiet neighborhood with the cheapest rent in town before hitting section 8 process.
If you move here keep in mind that the place was built in the 60's I've seen some reviews where people had unreasonably high expectations for such an old property.
Don't try to use the on sure laundry, just drive 2 minutes to Washtopia.
Tldr: You could do a lot worse while paying a lot more in this city.
It is OK.
Great maintenance crew and a wonderful management team
Ho hum. Parking lot lacks ease of access.
