We continue to be impressed with how responsive the maintenance team is with service requests. A big thank you to Delont for his persistence in resolving our issues. To the cleaning staff, maintenance crew, and front desk friendly faces, thanks for keeping things running so smoothly and offering a worry free place to call home. Our family really appreciates it.

I have lived here for 1 year. This has been my favorite apartment complex to live in so far.
In unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, balcony, fireplace, and wood flooring make them pretty nice apartments. I've never seen a single roach or bug in my apartment. The cleaning and maintenance staff keep everything so clean and always say good morning/afternoon whenever we run into each other. We have been in a delay with the elevator renovations which means you could be waiting for 3 minutes for an elevator during busy hours. However, I've never minded taking the stairs if I'm in a big rush.
This is also an extremely dog friendly community. If your dog needs a playmate or just likes to say hello to dogs during walks - this is the place! Everyone I've met from staff to other residents have always been incredibly nice.
Massive shoutout to Donna who is such a joy to talk to. It feels like she knows everyone in the building and always has a smile or dog treat!

Not a bad apartment building. Competitive rates (even though they had a large increase this past year) and good quality apartments in a good area. They also have a lot of available parking and bicycle storage. The pool also is really nice - one of the larger youll find. However, theyve been chronically wrong underestimating how long the elevator remodeling will take. At their current pace itll take probably another 2 years to finish all 6. Also, for some reason, the front staff has turned off the TVs in the gym. Very unfortunate because the new gym is quite nice. Lastly, weve had the fire alarm go off late at night and early morning - they say its fixed. Overall, Ive been content living here.

We really enjoyed our time here. The facilities were top notch. The gym was just renovated and the pool was very nice. The apartment layout was perfect too. Repairs were done promptly. What sets this place apart is the great customer service from Ms. Donna. She is a superstar. Her response to any issue that we had was exceptional. When there was a health related problem with the apartment, she solved it for us promptly and was very empathetic.

When my 20+ year old refrigerator failed, the maintenance technician, Martin, promptly diagnosed the problem and expertly repaired the unit. Thank you, Martin!
ORIGINAL REVIEW: When deciding whether or not to rent an apartment, the quality of the buildings maintenance team is an often overlooked, but nonetheless important, consideration. Aside from basic observations while on a tour of the building, prospective renters usually have no way of knowing how responsive and/or competent the staff will be in addressing requests for repairs. One of the advantages of Avalon Courthouse Place is its superb maintenance team, which is knowledgeable, prompt and thorough. For example, I recently submitted three separate, non-emergency service requests online in the evening. By 10:30 a.m. the following morning, two of the repairs had been completed, and by the end of the day the technician had arranged for an outside contractor to complete the third repair on the next business day. As the building approaches 20 years since construction, issues will sometimes arise from normal wear and tear. With the excellent maintenance team at Avalon Courthouse Place, tenants know that the necessary repairs will handled expertly and expeditiously.
