I've been here since August 2017 and so far I love my apartment. Pros: convenient location, professional/helpful staff and maintenance, quiet neighborhood, considerate/kind neighbors, clean apartments--interior and exterior. Cons: My apartment gets super hot in the summer and super cold in the winter. I don't know if it's because my apartment faces a certain direction and somehow that effects the temperature, but this is the warmest/coldest apartment I've ever rented (it's really not a con but it's the only negative thing I have to say about this place)

I lived here for 2 years. In the midst of those 2 years their were burglaries and a homicide. One of the burglaries involved shooting which led to my truck being shot with the weapon and leaving a hole in the body of my truck. The property wouldn't have the repairs done to my vehicle so I informed them that i wouldn't be living their any longer after my lease was up. The rent for the property rose to over a 100 dollar increase within those 2 years with no upgrades of any kind to my unit. On a better note. The office staff deserves 10 Stars for getting things done when they say they would and always being there to help with what they could. They were always nice people.

I am a current resident who moved in at the time when Lincoln properties took over. It's been constant improvements exterior paint, landscaping/plumbing. New security patrol and new valet trash provider. And wow another added feature this new exterior lighting is amazing! Great staff, great maintenance = great community

I resided for two years, the one bedroom is very nice and comfortable however they have had three or more managements within the two years. Maintenance has been awful last year I've been there. I was constantly following up in making sure they repair and haven't done so. After turning in my keys after moving from there, they present me a water bill and tried to explain the billing process which is full of bull!! I gave them 90 days notice they should explain at that time what to expect to pay instead of presenting a bill to you when you give them the keys and etc. That was very unprofessional!! Huge Cockroaches was a problem but whatever pest control they have now is finally working. Overall I give it 2 stars !

So I've lived here almost a month and I'm about to break my lease and move...It's taken a little time, but I'll be leaving this weekend. While the office staff is nice and I can't say enough good things about them, shortly after moving here I learned that there was a robbery turned homicide in one of the units here. There were two notices sent out along with a statement saying that they would have security patrol the area, and I haven't seen that happen but twice and that was in January when the robbery turned homicide first happened. I had to send my son to live with his grandmother while I'm in the process of moving and have discovered I'm pregnant with my second baby who will be due long before my lease term was originally up and I do not want my small children in a community where someone will just bust up into your apartment blow you away and nobody has any answers as to the who's what's and why's of the whole ordeal. While yes, I'm aware that no place is 100% safe, something like that happening is just way too close to home for me to be able to sleep at night. Most importantly my kids. Again, nothing against the office staff I think they are such lovely people and they have been very patient with me and have really tried to work with me, but unfortunately I cannot continue to live in these apartments with this sort of thing happening. UPDATE: I feel so bad for having to even write such a review, because as I stated the staff was SOO nice to me. Never had any problems with customer service or any of that. Even though I never paid my rent because I used everything to move into my new place, which wasn't ready when I thought it would be which led me having to stay way past my two weeks notice, not once was any of the office staff rude. They were always polite when speaking with me. I hate that I couldn't continue my lease term and for that reason I do have every intention on paying what I owe, but again just for personal reasons I had to break my lease and move out. NOTHING against the office staff at all.

While living in Huntington Meadows I heard a shoot out across from my building while sitting on my back porch and a dead body found in one of the units. Security was definitely not present , maintenance took 6 MONTHS to replace the uneven foundation throughout my apartment Then try to relay the old carpet they had placed outside in the grass back into my apartment... Rust and mold in my bathroom apparently whoever built this property did not take into account the proper ventilation. When I notify the office that there was mold and my vents they sent a guy with a duster nothing was replaced. My balconies railing was somehow ripped out of the brick foundation when I notify the office that this could be a safety hazard what did they do they came out and screwed it back in just for it to fall back out, after I told them the second time they just screwed another hole above the same brick that was already cracked. The back gate is always broken, and there's only one trashcan in the neighborhood that always fills up quick which forces you to leave your trash around the dumpster. I want to the pool once and found a dead frog floating, you were think they would check for that right. There's always something wrong with the water, at least every three months the water is turned off for repairs and won't turn back on until for maybe five but even when it turns on the water is dirty brown and your hot water is not working. It seems is probably cares more about filling their units up than customer service and your best interest. By the way I have photos and videos of everything

Also, they are managed by Lincoln Property Company and their standards are high. As an apt. locator in this area, I would highly suggest Huntington Meadows!

I just rented an apartment here and was so pleased by the customer service. I went to this this property after looking at several others that were WAAAY overpriced. I've been looking for more space and there are no other apartments in the area that have this much space for such a great price. I never thought I would find something in this area with the budget I have been working with! Property is great, I love this place!

Please save yourself and DO NOT live here. After this property was taken over by Lynd-everything went down hill. I went to renew when they first took over because my lease was coming to an end. They kept saying there system was down, and finally got back to me two weeks before my move out date. thank god it worked out but heaven forbid, you don't put a intent to move out-you will get ding but when they can't get back to you. It's not their fault. I lived there with prior management and it was great. When Lynd took over, it was one thing after another. This place is shifting bad, that I couldn't even shut my front door at times. But yet, they do not do anything about it. I also, lived on the 2nd floor, and the railing on the entrance literally wasn't secure that I could had leaned against it and fall off. Maintenance is great but have to work with what they got. But they did enter one time and didn't lock my door back. When I moved out-i was charge for stuff like an accent wall that was part of my move-in special. It honestly isn't safe. there was several times I had to call cops for something. The management office never communicates anything with you and always come up with some excuse. Also, when i moved out, I had to move out early because my job transferred. Which by the way-they wouldn't work with me on. But they told me I had to keep my electricity turned on until the day after my lease. So i technically was out of my place a month before my lease ended and kept the electricity on. They entered my place before my lease was up and started fixing things and turned off the breaker without my consent or knowledge.

Pros: We have enjoyed living here, the layout is nice, the payments are reasonable, plenty of available parking, curbside trash pick-up is nice, the grounds are maintained well, most of the staff is pleasant and helpful. Cons: Maintenance was quick to fix any problems the first month or two that we lived here but since then quite a few of our maintenance requests have been ignored and the others have been attended to after submitting the request multiple times and after a a few days. One particular issue that has been ignored is the water damage in the ceiling above the fireplace, this has actually become an issue during heavy rain storms and our ceiling has leaked, we reported this a few times and nothing has been done about it (we're on the top floor). The paint on the walls is cheap and makes cleaning any marks on the walls difficult - even just using soap and water will rub paint off the walls. There are also several uneven and soft spots in the floor throughout the apartment.

I am a full time nursing student living by myself in a one bed room most of the time I am at school or in the library. My apt stays clean and empty for the most part so I dont understand why I am fighting BIG ASS WATER BUGS on a daily lol. Remember I am a young female living by myself & I am terrified of bugs!!! But staying here I have overcome my fear because I have no choice I keep a can of Raid by the door and have to do a full apt sweep before I can feel safe to walk around and even then they are still lurking around Ill be on the couch reading and here comes one of the m-fers walking across the floor ( I must say they are cocky little things) . These apts charge a 3 dollar pest fee a month but really I dont see it there was a dead rat in front of my building. The actual apts are nice as far as the lay out and upgrades, but you can hear EVERYTHING that your neighbors are doingyou can even hear them thinking the walls are so thin lol. Oh, and I dont know whats going on in the office I moved here last November and ever month I go in the office to pay rent there is a new crew. So over all I think you. I know you can find better apts in the area especially for the price youre paying here hope this helps you out! :)

I do not have any pest issues...quite and nice complex....I was looking for an apartment complex that I can live in until I finish school and I am so glad I did. No complaints at all and enjoy the space and upgrade for the price. :)

Huntington Meadows went from a relatively clean, friendly, and safe place to a trashy, poorly run, and unsafe residence quickly after the switch. Maintenance is not knowledgeable, and does not respond quickly. Trash, dead animals, razor blades, and roofing nails that have been reported are left on the ground for days before being disposed of properly. Though a couple of other neighbors have complained about the man at the end of the building (for regular noise violations and an altercation) who has continually stalked and harassed my mom (who, thanks to the previous management, was allowed to move into our apartment without switching the names on the lease,) she was told today by a woman from the corporate office that no one else has complained about him, and that it's her against him. She also blamed me for "fueling the fire" by writing a vulgarity-free but firm letter and having Tom place it at his door a couple of weeks ago. (At the beginning of all this, the office manager wrote a letter and did the same. If I did something wrong, so did she.) This has been going on for over six months, and the only person who hasn't blamed my mom or me is the office manager, who has been out on sick leave due to cancer treatment. The police have been called, but have been unable to do anything, because the man won't open the door. The employees don't seem to think that an on-site officer is needed (we used to have one with the previous management,) even after a murder, and after this particular neighbor called the office to threaten that he was going to come up there and beat them all up and/or set the office on fire. They also say they can't evict, because he hasn't threatened or caused physical harm. I thought the threat of hurting the employees and burning the building down might be enough. Things have only gotten worse, so, needless to say, we have been looking for a new home for my mom for a while now, and we cannot wait to get our names off the lease. We also know of another tenant at a different property who had a similar experience when Lincoln took over. Please stay far, far away!
