This place sucks. Trust me I have lived here for an year and couldnt wait to get the heck out of that place. They were many water outages that meant you couldnt use the restroom. There are times when the A/C goes out. They wanted to upgrade the so called INTERNET and they messed up the whole process and we couldnt use the WIFI for 4 weeks. You call the front desk with questions about the internet outage and they yell at you. They told me they were not responsible and I have to call a third party. There are lot of bed bugs and roaches to make your college life worse. During February there were mice moving around in my room and had to wait 2 weeks for the maintenance guys to respond. They keep putting extra charges on your account after you leave just to take revenge. So my advice to you guys would be to go somewhere else and save yourself the stress. If I would have known people would barge into my apartment before even giving me a chance to get to the door, I would have looked for housing elsewhere from the start. Were adults and should be treated like it. Im pretty sure my building is the only one that still doesnt have WiFi after 2+ months so if a friend hadnt lent us a router wed be screwed, and its completely unfair to make us pay for a service were not receiving. For financial reasons, I had to renew my lease, which I dont know if I even want to keep at this point.. If I do, hopefully the new apartment wont be as cursed as this one.

Management is terrible and useless. Maintenance does not fix apartment. Bathtub has been clogged for a month and they don't fix it. Wifi has been out for months and there is no intention of repairing it. Maintenance comes in all the time and walk around the apartment and open the balcony door without properly closing it after. The most useless management. Only thing they do is throw parties and the noise is unbelievable at night. Plus you have to pay extra for parking. Worst dorm to live in and you do not get your money's worth.

The walls are so thin here, if you are sensitive to sound, it is a must avoid. The pool also looks like this all year round except summer time. Managers are as rude as their staff. My apartment wasnt lock twice because of furniture installation. Call the frontdesk and they said it wasnt their problem, ask to speak to manager and they yell at you. The managers there do not even care, straight up blame you first when all you want as a customer was solution. Had to lodge police report incase something goes missing or social security gets stolen. Horrible place, zero star if possible. Moving to Maverick place next sem and all my friends had good reviews of the place. At least much safer than cc.

Most budget friendly place to live around UTA and the amenities and surrounding is sufficient for me as a student. It is becoming almost one year since I moved in to Centennial Court. Yes, you did get bed bugs. Yes, you do see roaches. However, it only happened in my old apartment room I moved out from. They are moving new furnitures in and that is a great plus for a resident. You get what you pay for, if you pay $400-$500/month for furnished apartment, you should not expect any luxury.

Im pretty okay with the room, but the management team is stupid, have no idea how to do things. They ask us to clear out the WHOLE room and common area because theyre bringing new furnitures. That was weeks before, lots of people are complaining because they didnt assign specific time for the work. After that they assigned an interval time to work with several times, often they cant stick with the schedule, and needed extra days for the work. People literally have to store all their stuff in the bathroom for days because they cant keep up with the schedule.

Im convinced this place is modeled after hell. For starters, much of management is incompetent and doesnt know how to handle simple tasks. Maintenance is unbelievably intrusive, once pounding on the door to my unit while I was in my room frantically trying to get dressed before they barged in. (Spoiler: they will walk in on you naked.) There are monthly room inspections where they make sure your unit is completely clean and organized, making you feel like a child they have to babysit, and if its not up to their standards you get fined. Over Christmas break, I was out of the state and apparently one of my roommates was moving out (which I did not know). I got an email after I had already left Texas that said all the shared spaces needed to be completely clean and perfect for the new roommate we would get to take the old ones place. Now, my roommates were notorious for leaving the kitchen absolutely filthy. I emailed back and said I wasnt there to clean the apartment, so I couldnt really do anything if it wasnt clean. They said too bad, we would all be charged 100 dollars if it wasnt clean. Thankfully, one of my roommates was able to come back for a day and clean it out so we didnt get fined, but management completely neglected to tell me we needed to clean the space before I went out-of-state or that I was even getting another roommate. The water goes out every few weeks or so, sometimes the electricity, and the whole WIFI debacle was the tip of the iceberg. It was out for over two weeks total with no concrete answers as to why or when it would be back, right before finals season no less. The pool is disgusting. There are insects in the units; once I woke up with one in my hair. The gate is always left open so robberies are very common. You have to pay for laundry and the machines dont clean anything completely, not to mention if you dont live by one of the clubhouses with machines youre trekking 5-7 minutes lugging a laundry basket with you. In conclusion, this is the absolute worst place to live, please stay far far far away, and Im scarred for life.

Live here currently and cant wait to get out. This weeks adventures include ANOTHER water shut off and WiFi has been down for about a week and we have no clear answers on when itll be fixed? Overall, management is nice but very intrusive, always in your apartment checking something or other. Water is cut off quite often and I get ticketed constantly for parking where I reside! There are (not kidding) 5 wasps nest growing around my window and door and I have told them 3 separate times. Wasps get in the apartment all the time and they wont take care of the issue. Im over it. Save your money! The proximity to uta isnt enough for this. People that work here are nice there just isnt enough structure to keep this place going.

The hot water is usually shut off and the internet is soo slow at night. Its been over a week now and the internet has been shut off. Like thats ridiculous! My friend sometimes comes over to take a shower or do her homework... i was considering staying here in the fall but i will pass. Whats the point of paying bills if nothing ever works. Its always one thing or the other.

One RA was even rude to me when I called to complain a noisy neighbor at 12am. They had several outages throughout the semester. 3 times for Hot water, 1 time black out and many times cut off for water due to maintenance. The walls are so thin here, if you are sensitive to sound, it is a must avoid. You can hear loud footsteps from above, people dragging the chairs. I had a nasty neighbor who plays game till 2am in the morning during finals week, on his headphone shouting to other gamers. It was horrible experience. Be extremely careful if you have to stay here, as robbery are common. Noise is an issue. I stay 2x2 and it is still not peaceful than it should. The pool also looks like this all year round except maybe summer time.

Student housing under great management! Any issues or concerns are dealt with in a timely manner. Maintenance is speedy especially in cases of emergencies. There is a resident on call over night and weekends when the office is closed. A buddy system is offered so no one has to walk alone which is GREAT! Laundry facility has the cheapest prices Ive ever seen which is good for students and the machines offer a debit card payment option. The complex has wear and tear like with anything being used over time but everything is safe and up to health codes. New amenities are being added soon! Lets not forget the complex is a part of UTA without the restrictions, complications, or expensive rates that are experienced with dorm rooms.

I just moved here January and just wanted to share some thought. It's a student apartment. The fact that all of these students are wanting everything to be in good condition is pretty naive. Personally, I had couple of things that weren't working and broken, but that's what you'd expect from the price and the area its at. So far, I do think the management is doing a GREAT job and the staff are nice.. I've placed 2 orders for maintenance and they came that weekend - all fixed. The only reason why I'm giving them a 4-star instead of 5 is because of the WiFi. During evening times, its impossible game or even browse videos. I hope they get this fixed soon. Maybe I haven't been here long enough to know everything, but so far so good.

I am a full time student at UT Arlington, and came here in the Fall to see how they look. From what I can tell the workers don't look like they care. I asked them about all the online reviews about the bugs, and they told me they were "fixing it". Which pretty much means they wont do anything.

During my stay I was overcharged for electricity even though my AC unit wasn't working in the hottest month of summer. The hot tub was broken for most of the year. There were insects and the furniture is stained and dusty. This place needs to be renovated and with all the fees and charges they take from students they should be able to do it! I really enjoyed the polite staff and maintainence crew but I feel there are similar priced apartments with higher quality.

You have to pay in order to park at these apartments, even if you're paying for rent. The management here invade everybody's apartments about twice a month to see if it is clean; if not, you will be charged by Centennial Court to have their janitors come wash your dishes. The payment system is said that it is defective when it actually works so that people are forced to pay late fees (unlike real apartments, you are given late fees 3 days after rent is due rather than having a 9 day grace period). They mislead and haggle people into renewing their leases. They have random bed bug checks, and you get charged $400 if you have 1 or 2 bugs in your bed; note that the room and bed are tiny and would cost no more than $150. This overcharge for bedbugs is a part of the way this place exploits their tenants for money. They do not follow the housing regulations; if you have an impending lease that has not yet started, you pay for rent until they find someone to replace you. They force you into staying your entire year, and they do not assist you to find a new tenant to replace you like a legitimate apartment.

As well as the community is nice and safe, you just need to follow the basic rules keep the place clean and nice while living there and avoidance things which can cost you to pay fines like smoking etc. Staff is really helpful, just if you get any problems because of your roommate,just complain asap and request a room change so it will be easier for you and them to understand the situation just always reach out to them before jumping to conclusion. I look forward to go back and live there in future as well.

Whatever you do, stay far away from this place. They keep raising rent, yet their service is TERRIBLE. I've put in a maintenance request 3 months ago and still no one showed up. They don't do anything unless you keep pestering them. Also, they will milk every possible cent out of you. Their apartments are infested with roaches from the day you move in, and then they will charge you to clear out the roaches. So you are basically getting charged for things that are not your fault. I regret signing that lease every second of every day. I am not the kind of person who writes reviews ever, but this place is such a joke that I just feel like I have to warn future potential residents. You'll be better off elsewhere. ANYWHERE.

Don't be fool by the 5 star comments. They are written by people who want to get the part time job in centennial court because they ask them to do that. If you just move in centennial court, don't be afraid. You should follow what I say below. 1. Take pictures for every corner in your room and bathroom or you just don't care about your deposit at all. If it is possible please go to visit office and ask them company with you to take pictures just in case. 2. Don't make any mistake when you live here or "friendly" staffs in the office will smile to you and you need to pay the money as penalty. If they make some mistake like cutting off the hot water once a month and disconnect your internet or out of water several time, they will just say "sorry" and you won't get anything. 3. Buy pesticide and some poison baits for roaches and other insects in the market to kill them. However, if you want some company with them, just dismiss this suggestion. 4. Please ask your roommates to be clean or they will charge you because your roommates screwed up the monthly inspection. 5. Please tell your friends don't move in centennial court. However, if you don't like him, please do it!

I was being told by my friend before I moved in that it's terrible, don't go there. I was like I need an accommodation for now. Other reasons to moved in here were facilities. Hold on. Just a show piece. Gym: Pros: If you want to do workout here, most welcome. Open 24 hours. Cons: 1)Mosquitoes are always their to give you warm welcome and fun time there. 2)You have only one bench to use. However, community has thousands of residents. 3) No AC, so you can do workout in sweating condition in summer too. Even you can hardly breathe there. (They knows that Gym facilities of UTA is much better and students can easily access there, that's why they're not improving this.) Hello, I haven't paid rent to access UTA's gym. I need it nearer to me to access anytime and it should be in proper manner.) Swimming Pool: I am not used to with swimming but all I know about it that one pool is always out of order here. Rent: Price is pretty high compare to facilities. Just an advantage, it's nearby to UTA. But you can get good apartments in town with lower rent and good facilities. Utilities Charges: It varies. But usually it's between $15 to $25. Once we got utilities of $40 per person in 4 beds apartment. When I went to office to ask the reason for same. They told me that this what you've used, we can't help with that and you're responsible for this charges. No other answers and no other explanations were given by them. After that day, I received an email sayings that during maintenance work we've used electricity from your apartment and right now we're adjusting your utilities charges with that and it was almost $20.( BRUH, I WAS ASKING THE SAME WHEN I CAME IN THE OFFICE. BUT, NO ONE WAS READY TO LISTEN !!) So, main problem is management, they don't know how to handle big property like this, they just need a minor reason to deduct money from your account (It felt like, sometimes, if you need more oxygen to breathe then they will post it into your account - Charges deducted for extra oxygen which has been taken in our community.) (P.S. We're lease holders, not prisoners. Treat us like your guests,not a Convict) Ignore errors, I was in hurry !!!

I lived here for 2 years and it was the worst living experience I have ever encountered. The apartments were small (which was expected) but were falling apart. In the 2 years I was there, I had a dishwasher flood my apartment, twice. I had my shower break and flood the apartment below me. I had a fridge stop working. I had multiple sink and plumbing issues in the kitchen and lots of small things that would break just due to lack of upkeep from the management. Also be prepared to have your water turned off multiple times throughout the semester with little to no warning. The complex is falling apart and the residents suffer. Most of the buildings are infested with roaches and if you don't notice this on move in day, you are then charged for all extermination services. The management is terrible and many times lost personal paperwork (copies of drivers license, lease paperwork, etc.) and then accused me of never filling out paperwork. If you ever need anything done, the front office staff is terribly rude, the only good thing about this complex was that when the maintenance workers had to come around they were very kind and friendly however it is obvious that the 3-4 of them are very overworked. Save yourself the headache and live elsewhere. I would not recommend this complex to my worst enemy.

There is no maintenance, My toilet flush doesn't work, it is been 2 days now that nobody came, they don't care how many times you emailed them or calling or going to office, for the fan it takes 6 days so I just need to find a place to pee for a week, bedbugs everywhere, and the only thing they can do is that come to your apartment at the worst time of the day, knock on the door crazy, and check on you if you are washing your dishes!!!!!! Don't be fool they pretend so well at the first month you move in! Leasing terms are for management's convenient. Because there is no negative star, if there is -5 star I will definitely give that.

Terrible management!!!! First night that I moved in here, I saw bedbugs in the apartment. They said they are going to do the treatment but it took about 1 week to get my room ready for living and they refused to give me another room. Imagine you are an international student and have just arrived to a whole new country and you are gonna be homeless for one week (I signed the contract and paid my fees and everything prior to my arrival to avoid this situation!). Of course they did the treatment the day after I told them, but the bugs were still alive in the room (cause apparently it takes about a week for the treatment to work) and they expected me to live there. About three weeks later they said they wanna change the carpet and the wooden floor in the living room and the kitchen. First, it seemed like a good thing. But they left the job unfinished and it took 5 days to have it done. We were living in dust!! The most ridiculous part is that they have about 20 days between move-out(July 28th) & move-in(Aug 18th) date during which they are supposed to do all the pest control and reconstruction and everything but they didn't. The funny thing is that I just received an email that there's gonna be a bedbug treatment (although currently we don't have any bedbugs) on July 25th and for preparation I have to wash and pack all of my cloths and sheets. Can't they just do this 3 days later, after I move out?

Good location, and rooms and everything ate decent. Management seems to change a lot but they are trying to be better from what I've seen. Maintenence staff takes a while to fix things. Could he from being lazy or so many things that are broken they are really busy but I only very see them hanging out. The other people are correct in water being shut off pretty frequently. Happens once or twice every 2-3 months. In the summer it's happened twice to give you an idea. All and all rent is cheap and 8 min walk from campus. It's the little things and quality care with customers that brings it down. And I've lived here for 3 years to give you an idea.

Centennial court will often organize activities to help everyone understand each other, enrich our lives. Maintenance services are always very timely. This year, all the utilities fees will be exempted, it makes Centennial court more value. I love Centennial court and hope you will also :)

Always had fine females walking in and out and dudes was getting drunk as heck too ! I remember one time they packed like 40ppl up in there! Beer pong and flip cup turnys .. it was like as soon as you walked through that door you entered some kind of Narnia for drunken horny college kids. Booze and boobs every where . Couple blow up dolls bouncing around too! ..... gonna miss all those parties there . Centennial will never be the same without them.....

I only rated this 1 star because it's the least I could rate. I've been here about 2 years--not a newcomer by any means. I'd heard pretty bad things about Centennial before moving in, but I was limited to options as I'm a college student with minimal income. Initially, I was in undergrad and wanted to be close to campus (walking distance), an affordable place, and not held liable for anyone else's part of the rent payment in the lease. Centennial provided all this. Since the new management took over, customer service, maintenance, and general quality of living has gone way downhill. To sum up: 1. I spend more time trying to connect to the internet/keep a connecting to do homework rather than actually doing my homework. 2. I was told in an email to buy an ethernet cable with my own money ("for as little as $7) to get better internet quality than when using WiFi. "internet" is listed as a provided and paid for utility, yet I am expected to pay for a part of it. It's not the cost that annoys me, it's the fact that I'm expected to pay for something that is guaranteed to me in the lease. 3. The amount of water that comes out of the shower head has been cut in half. I'm a small person and I find it difficult to get most of me wet without feeling like a small elephant. 4. If you want to park in the Centennial lot, you must pay $150--on top of the regular UTA parking permit. Keep in mind that regular apartment complexes don't charge for parking unless you want a covered/assigned spot. 5. Centennial has RAs... regular apartment complexes don't have RAs. Either do the UTA dorms. 6. Centennial conducts health and safety inspections frequently, and enter the apartment for other reasons pretty frequently. Most times this is without much notice. Not much privacy or rights are afforded to residents here. 7. The general hygiene, cleanliness, and upkeep is disgusting, no matter how much I clean. I've spotted little black bugs on the carpet and furniture often. 8. The living space is tiny. I understand this is a personal issue and something the management can't change overnight, but it's definitely one of the reasons I'm not renewing my lease this year. It's overpriced for the square footage and furnishings. 9. The walls are extremely thin and normal footsteps will wake you up during the night. If you're tallish (5' 6" or more), your feet will dangle off the bed. I'm now a masters student and thankfully have a job that will let me afford a slightly better place than Centennial. In conclusion, do your own research. These are only my own personal experiences after living here for 2 years, but most of the other reviews echo what I've said here. It's safe to say of Centennial, "your reputation precedes you."

I only wish I could give this dump zero stars or at least a half of a star, because that's all it deserves. It is overpriced for the space and quality of the rooms and then they seem to raise the rent prices every single semester, all while both pools are always closed, the jacuzzis are never hot, the equipment in the weight room is broken, the washers and dryers take your money, they do unnecessary room inspections where they send maintenance into your apartment too invade your privacy, they cut your bicycle off its lock with no warning and donate it to poor kids without your permission, they have no pool table like they advertise to their new residents, they are slow about getting mail out, they have a bunch of incompetent kids doing work and you can never seem to talk to a manager when you ask...Avoid this place at all costs...WHY ARE THEY RAISING RENT WHEN THEY AREN'T USING ANY OF THAT MONEY TO FIX THE PLACE???

Very poor maintenance. Never change the air filters on time. Bed bug ridden place. Poor lighting in the rooms. Not at all worth the money they charge. Their furniture is bed bug ridden and we have been suffering from bed bugs for over six months and they have still not solved the issue. Worst internet connection ever. Never works dependably! The pool is always closed for maintenance. Despite all this the only thing that they are prompt at doing is not missing a chance to collect money from you. They lie about having a decent gym. Even a single star is too much for this establishment. My neighbors downstairs who are two girls complain that the apartment staff barge into their apartment without even knocking on their door. She is scared to even take a shower as apparently they walked in on her while she came out of the shower. Also would like to add that the hot water stopped working for a week during the winter forcing us to take really cold showers. Definitely think twice before signing a lease in Centennial Court even if you do not have any other option. Please save your self from poor service and poor quality of life. I have been trying to transfer my lease for a long time but I can't because no one will take this place. PS:- 3 days back my garbage disposal unit failed to work as usual. We can't use the kitchen to cook at all because of this and will be forced to eat out till they fix it. I have complained on the 30th of march 2015 and today is the 3rd 2015 of June and they still haven't fixed it.

Student activities good, but the music from the club house and volley ball pitch gets loud at times well over midnight.Centennial court can improve by relocating the club house else where -exclusively for those who want to be subjected to noise and loud music. This way those trying to read, sleep, have some quiet time in their aprtments,do not have their schedules interrupted- thus creating a 'friendlier' student studying & relaxing atmosphere
