Applications are $40 per adult over the age of 18. Application fees can be paid online or in office. Each person must fill out a separate application; there are no joint applications for married persons or co-signers.
We DO NOT answer screening criteria qualification questions over the phone.
Requirements for Applicants:
*2 years rental references history/Previous Home Owner
*Monthly Income of 3 times the amount of the rent
*Credit score of 575 or higher
MOVE IN COSTS: 25% of the deposit is required to take a property off the market. (If applicant is approved) First month’s rent and 75% of the deposit is required at date of move in. The second month’s rent will be prorated less the move in days. (Some properties require first, last and deposit at move in.)
NO NEED TO CALL! Some homes are available for self-showings, while others will require a guided tour.
