The lower level deck is perfect for grilling, and you can also make use of the outside dining area on warm days. There are two attached garage spaces for parking, which also comes with its own heating, plus extra parking areas in the yard (and a snowblower available for the winter months). Relax and take in the views of Pikes Peak from the park-like sitting area above the parking lot, or take a stroll around the friendly neighborhood and view the wildlife that roams frequently. If you’re more of a hiker, there are endless miles of nature trails easily accessible without ever having to even get in car.
