I have lived here a year and just signed a new lease for this fall. I have had a wonderful experience with the staff, they are friendly and quick to respond. I was new to the area and wasn't sure what to expect, it is safe and very quiet. I have a small dog, and we use their pet area a lot. I also take the bus, which is always on time, just out front of the property. Everything has made my move this past year a good experience. I would recommend anyone to The Fairway!

The apartments suck cars get broken into packages get stolen management sucks it doesn't even deserve 1 star Leah white and Stacy king should be fired they also hire cleaning and painting services under the table and pocket the rest of the money maintenance should be fired as well old maintenance was much better I don't not recommend anybody to move into this place STAY AWAY
Older buildings with creepy floors, but close to campus and spacious.
Sent eviction notice when there was a bank error then forced a $400 Attorney fee when we tried to pay the rent.

The community was nice and quiet as well. Less than a five minute drive to Purdue. And the celery bog/park is a short 20 minute walk away as well. Management was excellent as well. Whenever we had a maintenance issue, it was handled quickly and efficiently. If I ever moved back to the area, it would be here.

The staff has been great! I have been here for almost 4 years and have loved the new management and the new staff! They have been nothing but helpful. I never really had any maintenance issues, but when my dryer decided to stop working, they were able to get me up and running within a few hours! Maintenance was very nice and informative! Unfortunately, I am transferring with a new job, I really hope I can find another apartment on the West Coast with the same kind of friendly, knowledgeable staff. I would recommend The Fairway Apartments to anyone!
