Avoid a lot of frustration. Management is not receptive to your concerns and fights against your needs. It took a long time to get pest control to spray for ants (a big problem if your apartment is on the tree side). The patio doors are old; they and their walls are poorly insulated making for very cold winters. Poor communication between staff. Safety issues- lack of good lighting in the parking lots and no speed bumps now that the new parking lot is repaved and continued reckless drivers.

An awesome apartment complex with good parking. One of the only apartments you can have pets and in a decent neighborhood. It's a little expensive at eight hundred and twenty dollars a month but good stuff is expensive. My fiance and I both and (Lulu our dog) love living here.

Do not rent here. I did not live here, I was looking to live here, filled out an application, put down a deposit to hold the apartment. Then my circumstances changed and I am now moving to CA, I called them the next day and told them I would not need an apartment here anymore. But because they held the apartment for 21 hours (not even a full day) they will not return my $80 deposit. Whatever, I guess they made $80 for showing me an apartment.

In 1 year, rent went up and the cost of laundry went up; you get 1 spot in a huge lot for your car, they put a notice out saying you would get a ticket if you're in the lot without a parking tag, I told them my boyfriend stays over a few days a week, they told me he should be on the lease if it's at least 3 (he has his own place, why would he be on the lease?) otherwise I would have to pay $10 extra a month for him, needless to say, I stayed at his place...but to top it off, when I moved out, I forget a $40 whole turkey in the freezer (didn't remember till the next week so too much time had gone by to get it) everything else was out and clean, they charged me $15 to remove and dispose of it!!! Really?!?! All they are about is taking your money and giving you nothing, not even common courtesy in return.

I have lived in Autumn Glen for over 8 years, and in 3 different units... I have very high expectations and have never had any issues that were not addressed immediately... I even needed a new dishwasher, and a new furnace, and they were both completely replaced with new units within a day! I love this place and I am here with my child and husband. I would live here forever if I didn't dislike the West Allis school district so much.

My wife lived here. Her downstairs neighbor was a felon and the cops were there constantly there for domestic issues that he was having with his wife. The creeper also stood outside my wife's front door smoking all day as he was unemployed. He also smoked pot all day and it came up through the vents, stinking up her apartment. The guy was scary. Many calls to the office were placed and nothing was done. While living there my wife had serious allergy problems. When she moved out we discovered that there was black mold covering the ceiling and along the bottom of the walls by the carpet. Autumn Glenn took her entire security deposit to "repaint because of soot." Again, not soot, black mold... Considered legal action but it just didn't seem worth the effort for $500.00. Overall this was a gross place to live. They clearly don't do their due diligence on tenants and after discovering the mold, this place may actually be detrimental to your health.

My neighbor downstairs always had party from 10pm-3am on Saturday night, it's a nightmare, you can never expert a sleep on that day. I tried negotiate a few times and it doesn't work at all. I reported this to the office and they refused our lease cancellation. OK, let me break the lease. Unfortunately, another nightmare happened. The office hours is a joke. They never kept their office hours and they always hire someone who knows almost nothing about the apartment sitting in front of the desk. Of course the person there had no idea about a lease breaking. I left them a check with 2 months rent. After a while, they sent me a $100 bill saying since I didn't break my lease, I have to pay for the utility bill. I called them back and the manger simply said "it's just a small bill". Small bill? Why don't you pay it for me? I refused and guess what, they deduct that from deposit without any surprise.

dog crap, and people not walking dogs right this place just is a training place residents mean shit to them here. people are rude who live up stairs, can't even put things in your own yard holiday stuff yes. flowers no nothing. they don't even want u haven a door mat o.o or wait for it you got to pay for your car to be parked here on top of rent two cars over I can see why pay. wait for it cars come in so fast they make u jump back. your not allowed washer dryer in your place they charge you for light bulbs. THIS IS A TRAINING PROGRAM HERE STAY AWAY
