Been at Post for 2 years now. Very happy with management, staff and amenities. Michael Hayes does an excellent job in managing the building and is always working hard to communicate with residents and keep them well-informed. Caroline Ascik is very responsive and attentive to residents. Spectacular location, quick maintenance turn-around, and quality apartments. Always impressed. :)

Location! Location! Location! This is my 3rd year at Post Mass Ave and I am renewing my contract again. Location! No apartment in DC...

Location! Location! Location! This is my 3rd year at Post Mass Ave and I am renewing my contract again. Location! No apartment in DC can beat the location of Post Mass Ave. With the best of the beat location, literally everything is within walking distance- Offices (especially major law firms), DC's most pursued/ hottest area- Logan circle with 14th st restaurants and bars, top doctors (on 18th-20th), Dupont circle (18th-21st), whole foods (2 blocks), cafes with top baristas, Embassies, White House (when you have guests:-), etc. You see many apartments advertising "walking" distance to wherever, but as a DC resident, I am telling you not to be fooled by that word. It is "walkable" but now really "walking distance" in daily basis. If you are a city person pursuing a walking life, Post Mass is the best place to reside. Management! No one in the building would not agree that our leasing managers, securities and house keeping are at world class excellency. Ive never met such a wonderful property manager (Michael Hayes) as a landlord and also as a tenant for last 21 years. He is very professional, knowledgable, friendly, multi-tasking, quick in response and caring. He has this attitude that he is there and ready for you. With Michael's leadership, all the leasing assistants are well trained and pleasant to work with. You may have experienced that you were so welcome when touring apartments, but ignored after moving in. This place surprisingly so much cares about the well-being and satisfaction of tenants. And that is why you will easily encounter long term staying tenants. Securities (2 Musie, Yared) are super friendly and super helpful. House keeping ladies know you by name. Unlike many other luxury buildings in DC, this building is NOT like fraternity house. We don't seem to have those noise/violence/pot issues. (Very unlikely). Maintenance! As a landlord dealing with maintenance was always headache. But as a tenant, it can be even worse since there is not much to do on your end except waiting. At Post mass, Ive got response/fix on the day I filed an issue- super fast! very impressive. 2 engineers (2 Jasons) had been in this building for a while and they "know how" with experience. With massive renovation (hardwood flooring, stainless appliance and cabinets) this building keeps up the high end luxury of 2016. Best in location, management and maintenance (and great tenants) what more could I ask for? I hope YOU too find this place home and enjoy living here.
