This staff has the worst customer service after you sign the lease. We signed a lease on the upgraded apartment only to find out that all the windows were installed poorly making all the summer heat sip into the apartment. When I visit the office one of the staff said she is not a contractor so she cant tell if the windows are not installed propally..It took us 3 visits and a high electric payment complaint to have these windows fixed.
Then dont get me started on the upgraded bathroom portion which they PAINTED the bathtub?????? In 4-5 weeks the paint in the bathtub started bubbling and now we have a huge part of the tub that the paint peeled off and its clogging the drain. We have called the office several times about this only to be transferred to a remote customers service who at one point lied they are on location, and not a thing has been done yet.
The past 2 months there have been flooding around the apartment, and all of a sudden our water bill doubled!! We called the office and finally after about 6 months of living here someone picked up only to argue with us on the phone that its standard for the water bill to be that high because we are not being billed individually but as a building. Our schedule has us travelling or at the gym so water usage is low but our water bill doubled the past couple of months..
Unhappy with this place and would not recommend moving here.

After four years in #Elliotscrossing, I never expected to be treated this way by my apartment complex. I received a slip and fall on their property while walking on the wet sidewalk, and they are doing their best to avoid me going that it will go away. I now have medical expenses, I've missed time off work, I'm still having serious symptoms, and none of the management staff has even tried to resolve this with me. After all of this, I receive a notice on my door regarding a dog that I got for security purposes as a victim of domestic violence. #Elliotscrossing should not be allowed to treat people this way. Please spread the word to warn potential renters of how they treat their clients! Let's send a message that there's a right and wrong way to treat people. #Elliotscrossing #dontrenthere #nocustomerservice

Cockroaches - Moved in to Elliot's Crossing Apartments towards end of April. Have experienced nothing but problems. Over 20 cockroaches in first week. Come to find out it has been an ongoing problem in the building I am in even though the staff from Bridge Property Management said the apartment had no issues. They have supposedly been battling the problem since the beginning of the year. I'm still getting them in my apartment. They should have never signed a lease for this unit and have not resolved the issue.

First let me say, that living here has been the worst experience. From the time that we moved in, there were a small holes in the flooring from the previous renter. On our first inspection upon moving in, we had indicated to Ryan, the leasing agent who we signed our lease with, about the hole. To this day, the maintenance crew has yet to fix this, despite submitting multiple work orders for this specific request. Now, due to their inability to act, the same hole has grown from being virtually unnoticeable, to a gaping hole. Speaking with the management gets you nowhere. It took me three separate trips to the leasing office for them to put in one work order for them to replace my dryer vent, because Chelsea, one of the leasing agents, did not submit the work order the first time. After a week of a no show from maintenance, I made another trip down to the leasing office to see the status of that work order. I spoke with Jasmine, a leasing agent who is no longer working with them, yet I digress. I watched her type up the work order, only to find out another week later that she had not submitted the work order either. On my last trip to the leasing office to address the same work order, I spoke with Ryan and Jasmine. I had asked her if she had remembered speaking to me about the work order, in which her reply was "I never spoke with you". The management is completely incompetent. Our apartment is by the dog park. Many of the residents have undocumented dogs and restricted breeds. And all of them do not clean up after their dogs, causing an infestation of flies in the hot weather. Despite multiple attempts of speaking with the management to implicate signs reminding residents to clean up after their dogs or even enforcing common sense rules such as closing the dog park after dark, the management fails to act. I've gone outside every night at 11pm to tell the same people that the dog park is supposed to be closed after dark and to take their dogs elsewhere. My family and I have lived here for almost two years and we have yet to see any improvements. We have had things stolen off our patio. First, we spoke to Rachel, the assistant manager. She said she would review the cameras by our apartment and call us to let us know what she had seen. She never got in touch with us again in regards to the issue. When we spoke to the management again about our concerns, Ryan specifically said "it is not our job" and "it's not our concern" when we asked them to review their security cameras by out apartment. He even pointed out that the security cameras don't even work. Such a lack of respect and concern for the well-being of their residents, or at least to me and my family. When you take a walk around the property, there is so much dog feces in the grass. None of the dog owners are responsible and what's worse is that the management rarely holds them responsible, making the property filled with dog feces. At night, homeless people roam around making this place very uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody.

I have to admit I usually do not leave reviews, but after viewing some of these I thought I should share my opinion.
I moved in August of 2017. We did encounter an issue upon move in, but after speaking with the manager she addressed our concerns immediately. That itself turned our experience around and made us feel important.
We absolutely love it here and love how we feel like a community. My only suggestion would be to update the exercise equipment in the dogs parks.

I've lived here since 2007 so I've seen a lot of change over the years! First let me hit a few of the good things:
1. Super convenient - nearby are Walmart, Safeway, CVS, QT, Circle K, Arby's, BK, McDonald's, Wendy's, Panda Exp, Subway, Starbucks, Fuddruckers, Taco Bell, Red Robin, Sonic, Popeye's, Oregano's and even more food joints. There's also a Costco and one of those car wash/oil change megaplex things. AND access to the I-10 AND the 60 less than 3 miles away.
2. Nice grills, gym, decent pool (not Olympic but it's clean and usable), onsite laundry and 'business office' with computers - and a clubhouse which has a pool table -honestly the clubhouse is not really the kind you'd rent out for a party or anything but I'm not sure how important that is for most people...
3. Enough parking so you don't have to park on the street, ever.
4. In the 11 years I've been here I've seen a handful of police related calls. Put hundreds of people from everywhere together and incidents will happen but I've seen less of that here than anywhere else. My car has never been broken in to, and the grounds are well lit.
Now, let me give you the low down that might speak to a few of the issues I've seen other reviewers mention: Friendliness of office staff - seriously I have never had them be rude to me. That's probably because I've worked customer service and I realize that every apt staff has more to do than they can handle so I'm patient and nice. That's my big secret. I stand in line a little longer or sometimes even have to come back the next day..but when I have a really big issue and raise my voice a bit they know it's out of character and they help me out...(and in the course of 11 years everyone will have something happen!)
Stuff breaking down - well yeah...talk to a home owner, stuff breaks. Take care of your apt as much as you can; don't treat it like a rental car (in fact don't treat your rental cars like a rental either will ya?!? It's wasteful.) Want it fixed? Go to the office and be nice; being a tenant doesn't give you the right to treat the employees like minions.
Bugs - I've lived all over the US, most recently in New Orleans, the roach capital of the US, so I feel qualified to talk about this. First I live on the top floor, honestly that helps a lot. But I've seen two cockroaches and one silverfish since 2007 (that's 11 years!) Here's the deal; don't leave dirty dishes or half full beverages around, and if you have a pet clean it's litter box or pick up it's poo and take it to the dumpster. It's really that simple.
Speaking of dog owner who let their dogs go everywhere and don't clean it up...that irritates me a lot! The apt complex has put pet trash cans with plastic bag dispensers all over and there's also a couple dog parks and somehow people are still so lazy they let their dogs go and don't clean it up - even though they're 20' from the can...I don't know how that's the apartment's fault..they've got the lawn service out there several times a week!
It's probably a little unfair of me to say this but I seriously think some folks must be used to living with their parents and being catered to... It's like they think since they're paying everything should be taken care of without any effort on their part and it should be done instantly. People like this are the same ones who don't pick up after their dogs or clean up after themselves after using the grills...can't say I'm sad when they move out ;)
If that sounds harsh, please feel free to skip living here - if you're one of the good ones who don't think all that's unreasonable - welcome, it's a great place!

All management does is give them a warning but nothing ever happens. Sometimes you have to walk across the entire apartment complex (50-100 yards) to get to your unit. It is very frustrating! Even paid parking (which is an extra $20/month) is hard to get because you have to wait for someone to move out or give up their spot.

And they told me they didn't have a solution as my uhaul with all my stuff was sitting outside. Finally they found something last minute to put me in.
The other review about diapers and trash is right. Parking is terrible for certain buildings. They worked on our parking lot for one day with no notice and left a huge mess. One month later with no notice they bring someone in to fix it and don't tell anyone that the paid parking spots there will be blocked. Other than that the apartment itself is pretty good for the price and I like having the mostly hard floors. They will need to step it up with bathrooms and kitchen cabinets if they raise the rent any more though.

The team provides beyond exceptional service. I mainly worked with Ryan and Rachael and I hope Bridge Property Management will continue to acquire people like them to represent their business and communities because it is RARE. The location is outstanding being close to any shopping or restaraunts you'd need and it's close enough to ASU for grad school without the noise and chaos, the landscape is very well maintained with plants, trees and grass, they have more than just basic amenities (covered parking, soccer field, dog park, hot tub, park, business center, new gym), beautifully designed interiors with modern features, very fast responses from maintenance, they're pet friendly, and again the management and staff! They earned my respect and recommendation. Great job!

Just moved in and when I got my keys to start moving my stuff I had to wait because maintenance was still trying to "clean" my apartment. Yet looked like there was dry poop in my dryer. My washer does not work and I have called multiple times for it to get fixed and Iv gotten no help. I sighed my lease for an updated apartment and did not get that, all old appliances and I have no microwave when I was promised one. So far I strongly dislike this apartment complex. Looks like they are only into screwing over their residents.

Elliot crossing is one of the worst place i ever lived at i had to uncloged my sinks several time because i put in a work order and the maintenance did not respond within reasonable time frame. It took them more then a week to show up and it almost flood our kitchen.
then they close the dog park for 2 and a half weeks without notice. Thats one of the amenity that we pay for. I ask if we are going to be compensated for the dog park being closed for so long. they told me we can closed the dog park and the pools when ever we feel like it need to be upgrade without notice and we are not going to be compensated.management stated that no residents will get credit on there rent. i feel like ive been rip off.

Been living here over 1 year now and I don't know what anyone is complaining about. Maintenance requests are usually dealt with within 2 days, often the same day. Office staff and management are always friendly and helpful, they remember residents, ask how you are, know your name. Definitely superior to some other apartments I've lived in. Facilities are clean, apartments are updated and well maintained. Pools are excellent, nice patios and grills. Overall, a pretty great complex.
Only downside I've noticed so far? - parking is limited and people tend to park in places that are not parking spaces. But even then, they don't stop you from parking like a normal person, so no worries.

Moved in here with my BF as our first apartment together, and enjoyed it to the fullest. The staff were always helpful and were on top of any maintenance requests that came up, and I'd say they went above and beyond for us and other tenants. The grounds look great, I'll definitely miss picking the fresh fruits when the citrus season comes back around! Another huge plus that is overlooked is the amount of parking, there is a ton compared to other apartment complexes in the area. You can have friends and family over with ease!

I have lived here for a year now and I will be upgrading to a two bedroom apartment in May. The staff has been nothing but friendly to me and always there to help me when I need it. Ryan has helped me this past week immensely getting from my one bedroom to a two bedroom. I have called him about 5 times and he never complained or seemed annoyed with me. Rachel helped me get into my one bedroom last year and she was always friendly and helpful as well. I grill every Sunday night and the grills are always clean and easy to start. I have enjoyed my time here and look forward to my next year here as well.

Wouldn't even give this place one star. Management is horrible, maintenance requests are never taken care of promptly, if at all. There is a lot of crime around these apartments as well. I have lived here not even a year and since the time I moved in there has been someone shot just a few doors down and my boyfriends motorcycle has been stolen. With there being this much crime you would think there would be cameras in the parking lots at least. Don't waste your time or money with these apartments. Will not be resigning.

I was a bit surprised to read some of these reviews. I have had nothing but genuinely positive experience living here and the maintenance has been top notch. I had one issue with my water heater and it was replaced before I even got home from work that day. The gentlemen at the front desk are genuinely awesome and always helpful. I've had absolutely ZERO pest issues and I have to say things just stay quiet for the most part, and that alone is something to be said in an apartment complex. All things considered, this is a fairly quiet and safe place to be.

I'm so confused at the bad reviews I've had nothing but a great experience here at Elliot's Crossing and I've lived here for almost 10 months and definitely plan on renewing my lease. My apartment looked like no one lived here before me everything was just about new except my tub which they de/resurfaced within the first two weeks of me moving in while I was out of town. EVERY TIME I've requested maintenance on the convenient website they ALWAYS come right away like between the next morning no later than Friday and things I request I put LOW priority. The office and maintenance staff is nice. Then there's so much free amenities: two free pools, free computer room, free printing, free 24-hour gym room--free cable on the multiple flat screen tvs-- free grills and hot tubs by pools, I have no pets but I'm pretty sure there's at least 2 dog parks, there's a slide and things if you have children and they just built a soccer field. Every time it's a survey after maintenance I always give good feedback because I really feel like we get our money's worth from living here and I highly recommend living here to others!!

The Office staff is incompetent and frequently make huge mistakes like giving you wrong and incarcerate information. To add to that they fail to notify everyone of water shut offs and change the locks to your mailbox in error. Several of us never get notifications of our packages delivered at the office and when we go retrieve them it turns out they can't find them or gave it to the wrong person.
Don't move here the cabinets and fixtures are cheap and wear done after the first month of regular use.

I have only been here for two months but I am so glad we moved here. We had to down size from a house because i found out i have a medical issues and it made it hard to maintain my house. At first I was sad about moving back into an apartment but this place has made me happy that i have. They are fast to responded to the things i need fixed. The maintenance guys are all very sweet and very respectful. They are kind to my sons and willing to explain what they are doing to my boys. They are willing to come back if i tell them my youngest is sleeping. They are very kind to my dog who can be a little rowdy when strange men come into the house. The staff up front are always sweet and ready with a smile. When we moved in they offered to put us on the bottom floor because we have small children so we didn't have to walk up flight of stairs with them. No matter how busy they are always willing to stop and answer an question I have and always ask how my family is doing. Also my dog loves going to the office because they always have a treat for her. One of the staff ladies upfront was kind enough to exchange 10.00 out of her purse for ten dollars in quarters because my roommate didn't bring me cash and I need to do laundry. They have great amenities here. Two pools Two dog parks water machines a covered playground and in the process of building another one a very nice gym and a laundry room onsite for the people that don't have a washer and dryer already in their apartment. the property is clean and very well kept.everyone I have meet here have been very nice and I get a lot of Hi's from neighbors through out the day. I hardly ever hear my neighbors and the people that live above us are very respectful of not being to loud when walking around. I am glad we chose here to live until I get better and save the money to buy our first house

Very upset long-term resident...I renewed my lease for another year in May and never should have. I have been dealing with horrible mold in my shower for months, requested a new shower door 3-4 months ago because the old one was so rusted it was about to come off its hinges and finally got a new one this week, but the mold is so bad on the walls in the shower that I cannot use it anyway.
I am highly allergic to mold and suffer from constant headaches (have a weakened immune system and have had to miss some work) and maintenance and the apartment staff don't take it seriously enough.
Something is seriously wrong when you receive an electric bill that is almost as much as your car payment. This is after I had maintenance out here 4 times last month because I was having trouble with my air conditioner (setting it at one temp and it would always read 4-5 degrees hotter. It is constantly blinking and I never know what temperature it is really set at). Maintenance made me look like an idiot, telling me that I needed to give it time to adjust. This morning I set the temp at 80, went to work and came home and it was freezing in my apartment. I am so upset because I work a 50-hour work week, am a single parent and feel like I am giving this place all of my money and am barely making by with all the money I spend on this place. I have never had these types of problems at other apartments I have lives in.
Recently, a crazy lady yelled at my son and called him every swear word in the book as he was walking the dog. He is afraid to walk by her apartment now. What kind of people are allowed to rent here? My son and his girlfriend used the pool a month ago and her hair turned green. They went to the office and basically were told to let it go and not worry about it. Seriously, what has Elliot's Crossing become? I cannot wait to move out!
So much time and money is put into the outside landscaping (which also happens every Wednesday or Thursday, my only days off and starts early in the morning, which is rude!). What about taking care of the urgent needs of your residents first?
I would never recommend this place to anyone.
