DO NOT SIGN WITH INDIGO ROW. They take advantage of college students. When we moved in, the carpets were extremely dirty. We complained and they said they would clean it but only if we moved all of our large furniture out of the apartment (after we had just moved in). We declined, and they offered us a discount on our rent that month in lieu of the carpet cleaning. However after we moved out, they charged us additional money (more than the rent discount) because the carpets were dirty! Additionally, they straight up lied and said we didn't return our keys. Then they hounded us and stuck a debt collector on us when we refused to pay their ridiculous fees. DO NOT SIGN a lease with this shady company.

Unfortunately is seems "practice" that these places and management companies make students pay for 12 months of a lease however you actually only are provided a roof over your head for 11 1/2 months! It seems standard practice that you are unable to move-in until the middle of the month so they can "clean" (cough cough) and make the apartments "move-in ready" (gag) but expect you to pay for those 2 weeks they are "preparing" these places at YOUR expense. You will lose not only 2 weeks of housing but $250-$275 to boot! As students, you have to have somewhere to live and it's a shame that because people are in need of such housing that they are clearly taken advantage of. Take the $$ amount loss and multiply that my the # of people moving in in the middle of the month waiting for their apartment to be ready....... the management company is pocketing serious $$ and for what...? Students have a hard time making ends meet and some either go without meals or eat horrible cheap meals just to survive but are told to "swallow" the fact that you will pay $$ to NOT have housing. And move-in ready, seriously! The day my kids moved in we, along with several other students had to wait anywhere from 2-4 hours (we waited for 4 hours) for someone to show up and provide keys to the places! When we got into my kids apartment, the floors hadn't been vacuumed and there was carpet fresh powder of some sort all over the carpet. The appliances hadn't been cleaned, there was nothing about the apartment that was move-in ready, so again, you lose $$ for an apartment that is half a$$ed "cleaned". The garbage dumpsters were so full that the residents garbage was filtering out into the parking areas! The apartments and appliances that are pictured are a VERY FAR cry from what are in these places! The list could go on. I am angry because of the principal, they take peoples $$ to not even come close to adequately preparing these places, so again your losing $ all the way around! Disgusted that these management places think that this is OK and acceptable practice!
