The office manager and leasing agent are both reasonable people who are friendly and there to help whenever you need it. I've lived here for two years with excellent service, neighbors, and management. Any time something goes wrong I can call the office and the maintenance men are there right away in an emergency or within 24 hours if it's not an emergency. The fitness room is always sanitary and the poolside is always relaxing. My carport is close to my apartment and the extra $20 a month is completely worth it in the fall and winter. I love Fieldstone Apartments. Update: I lived at Fieldstone for a total of 7 years and loved it! I was hesitant to move out and purchase a house because I was so used to the great service I received at Fieldstone.

I am the current resident here, and I cannot wait to move out of this apartment once the lease is over. Please consider following facts before moving here: Rent of this apartment is on the higher side, as compared to other apartments in the locality. Other apartments include heated water as part of rent. Please add additional $150 at least for water (yes, water is billed separately) and electricity (water boiler works on electricity which is responsibility of the residents, and it is super expensive to heat water using electricity). Electricity bill jumped to three digit figure after moving here (and we are not heavy consumers of energy). I wish I knew what I was getting into while signing lease at the first place. I assumed that water boiler uses natural gas. Washer and dryer in the apartment (at least in my apartment) had issues right from day 1. It has been over 9 months, and issue still remains unresolved. We go to laundromat now, although we pay for washer in our rent! Maintenance folks are amazing, but seems like they have severe limitation from the management on what they can replace. They helplessly tried to fix washer-dryer at least 10 times, but refused to replace it. Same thing is true with kitchen lights. We now use electric stove lights only, as dome lights do not work. We have stopped complaining to apartment since last 5 months, as they come and do same maintenance stuff without anything new or different result. We are counting our days and months... Also, had problem with gas burner, which was addressed by the apartment. And refrigerator also stopped working, but was also eventually replaced. All this caused frustration to built up. Management agrees that apartment is old and falling apart. They need serious maintenance work, especially if they are going to charge top dollars for rent. Absolutely not worth the rent they charge. I have stayed at better apartments, including utilities, at similar or lower price in the area.

It was our home for past 3 years. I had lived in this area before moving here and found it to be the best place to live so far for the price. The apartment staff is amazing. Angella was very helpful and supportive through out our stay. I highly recommend this apartment. We moved to a house otherwise we would still be here.

I just finished moving out after living at Fieldstone for nearly 2 years, and I have to say it's a pretty good place to stay. I had a 1st floor apartment and there wasn't too much noise from neighbors or any late night disturbances to worry about. In fact, all of the neighbors I met around there were very friendly. Angela in the office was kind and helpful and at one point even helped me take some boxes from Amazon to my car. Overall just a peaceful place to call home. I never did try out the pool, but it always looked nice during the summer.

Only lived here for 6 months (due to job relocation) and we loved it! Angela in the office is so nice and helpful. She worked very hard to get us in an apartment by our tight deadline when we moved in. The apartments themselves were not necessarily impressive and we didn't like the lack of overhead lighting in the living room and bedroom, but the community and excellent staff more than made up for it. It was also one of the few apartment complexes in the area with an in-unit washer and dryer! We never had any problems with our neighbor's and was overall a very friendly and safe complex.

I lived in Fieldstone Apartments for 2 1/2 years and just moved out in March 2015. The ENTIRE staff is friendly and extremely responsive. I will miss them!!! When searching for apartments one of my must haves was a washer and dryer in the apartment. This complex had the best price monthly and the most space. Neighbors are friendly and it's relatively quiet. Any time I had a maintenance call, I received a response within hours. I did not buy the carport but there are so many spots, I was in the front of my apartment almost every day! Also, the walls are very thick so I could barely hear my neighbors who had dogs. I would highly recommend this complex to anybody looking in this area.

I've lived here for 4 years and now I have to pay for water , most apartment complexes I have contacted say they pay the water , and they say it's soundproof , no way I'm not going to renew my less , l would rather move in with my mother in law than live hear
