Any apartment complex you move to will have issues. There's no escaping it. Past the warm faces of the front counter or leasing agent, there's a slew of problems whether that be organizational, timeliness, responsiveness, or otherwise. I'm happy to say those problems were few and far in between during my 2017-2018 stay here. Here are some highlights.
Price - I should not have paid this little for this place. For a 2-3 bedroom you can't beat the price/quality ratio.
Mail/Packages - They've got their system DOWN. I probably have 2-3 packages come a week. Not an exaggeration. They scan packages as soon as they get them, which send a notification to your phone. That package isn't going anywhere. I usually let my packages build up to 6-8 of them in a month then go and get them. They haven't lost any of them.
Security - You're in a freaking concrete building. And key faabslet you in and out of the main areas.
Parking - Covered parking - enough said
Ammenties - I rarely used them, but they were really nice.
Here's the deal, other highly negative reviews were likely written when the management was, from what I heard, TERRIBLE, before 2017. There new team is solid, organized, and really, they just get it. I haven't had a serious complaint and it was a pleasure living here.
TLDR: You're not going to beat the price you pay for the space you get and the absolute pros who take care of you. No way.
