We lived here for more than two years. Had a pleasant time. Maintenance is awesome. Staff is friendly. All our requests were addressed with utmost care and patience. Moving out was smooth as well. Gym and pool are maintained well. Most value for money place in downtown stl. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking!

I cannot recommend this place enough, I have lived in apartments in 7 different states all over the USA, and this is by far the BEST place - access to downtown, right next to a amazing landmark and restaurants all around. Too bad I have to move soon for my job, but waking up to the Arch and the Mississippi river for a view everyday will be in my memory forever!!

Mansion House has the most beautiful views of the Arch and Mississippi River in St. Louis! They have a prime location in downtown St. Louis since they are in walking distance of the Arch, Busch Stadium, Ballpark Village, Wash Ave, Laclede's Landing, and Metro Square. There are a lot of young professionals that live here and it is always easy to meet people since they have so many resident events and rooftop pool parties!

My Daughter been living here almost 2years, this is the only place out of at 30 rentals that I felt was safe for a single young woman to live on her own in St. Louis, first it has 24hr door attendants, so nobody is getting in there that doesnt live there or sometimes u get people who follow the person who opens door like they forgot there key fob, thats not gonna happen here, also the maintenance is great if she calls for something they respond immediately LEWIS Worked on my daughters air conditioner, he was very knowledgeable, Coming in from the county I feel safe staying with her they keep the building clean even parking garage no litter, my only complaint would be the parking I think that residents should have assigned parks, when theres a St. Louis Cardinals game or any event they use the parking garage and its extremely hard to find a park she pays for $95 a month they should be more courteous to people who actually live here or maybe only let mansion house residents park on lowest level other than that its a great place to live, and they have free laundry, a computer room a club house with pool table, and tv, a sauna, Rooftop pool, fitness center, did I mention the views are awesome!

I'm an IT consultant and I manage IT projects all over the country. I was in St Louis for 2 years and I lived at Mansion House. I absolutely loved everything about it. I have zero(0) complaints. In fact I may be coming again soon. I will absolutely be calling to see what units are available.

About to move out after living here for two years. I can't think of a single complaint. The maintenance staff was very responsive. One of the best Apt Building fitness centers I've ever used. The leasing office staff are great. The lobby attendants were by far my favorite part of living here. Ten times better than any call box and they're always will to have a conversation.

Mansion House could be the ideal place to stay because it is in a great location access to all freeways. It has everything you need under one roof like laundry, gym, pool sauna, computer room library space, Storage and recreation space for your family. Maintenance will come and fix problems in the apartment right away. However, if you have asthma or any respiratory problems I would advise you not to move in, it is not guaranteed that your neighbors will respect the rules and not smoke weed all times of night. We do have some air condition leaking causing your walls to be damp. Do they clean the Windows they set appointments to do so but alway find a reason to cancel. They do spray every 6 months. We do not have bugs which is great. The main reason I'm moving from this apartment is because of the weed.

For downtown St. Louis, this is a great place to live. Although it is not the most upscale of buildings and many of the neighbors are a part of affordable housing programs, the building is clean, security is decent and the amenities are plentiful. The deciding factor for me was the free laundry room and updated gym. Additionally, there were quite a few free events the management company put on throughout the year to promote the community feeling of the building. My real warning - and it is a major warning - is that you READ YOUR LEASE VERY CAREFULLY before signing. I asked for a six-month lease in September of 2014 that would begin in October 2014 and end March 2015. I moved in around October 6th and paid a prorated rate for that month. When I called to let management know I would be moving on March 31, 2015, they informed me that my lease was not set to end until April 30, 2015, and that there is no break clause. In essence, though I made it abundantly clear I wanted a six-month lease, I wound up paying for seven months. 4-15-2016 I am amending my response from 2 to 4. Given my budget then it was a very nice place. I still think the lease issue was not handled correctly, but it was a lesson learned for me. Thanks, Eileen!

If I ever get into the circumstances to move out of this apt. complex, I'm going to mourn the day I have to leave Mansion House Apartments. My 1-bedroom apt. is made of the stuff of dreams. Incredible views of St. Louis, the distance to downtown is so close, and the management has been nothing but kind and accommodating whenever I greet them for my needs.

Living at this apt. complex is great! The management here take good care of the building and never neglect me whenever I speak to them. Best thing about living here is definitely the view. Still leaves me breathless every time.

Thinking about how I live in this apartment complex in St. Louis makes me feel grateful every time. As a resident, I truly was surprised at how amazing the view is at this complex in addition to all the amenities covered by the management here. Great place and I'd definitely check it out. You'll love it here as much as I do!

I could probably be happy writing a review about the rooftop pool and lounge at Mansion House Apartments. I realize though, that it might not be helpful to read about something like that so I'll just say it's been just amazing to have an apt. in this complex. I just couldn't express clearly enough how happy I am with the amenities and apt. I have at Mansion House. The kitchen is newly remodeled (a great plus as I bake and cook so much) and the location itself...out of this world. Definitely look into this apt. complex if you want to live in style!
