The large, bright and airy full size kitchen invites the chef in you to emerge for those meals with family and friends. There is plenty of seating on the spacious screened in porch with lagoon view, making it a perfect place for entertaining or just relaxing with family. Each bedroom has a dedicated bathroom. Game table can double as a workspace. Large laundry room has full size washer and dryer with folding counter. Please note: For the safety of our guests we have implemented a rigorous and expanded cleaning process between stays. This property is not ADA compliant and is stair access only. Owner's closet is excluded from tenant's use.

We love animals but the association has strict rules that must be followed. Service animals must be disclosed in advance. Guest agrees to complete required pet screening, submit photos and vaccine records at least 7 days prior to guests’ arrival for HOA approval. There is a pet fee, which is $150.00 for the first pet and $75.00 for the second pet. Animals must be house trained. Service animals are not allowed to be left unattended.

On day of check in you will receive lockbox instructions. This is a gated community and all drivers must be on the gate list. All over-night guests must be added prior to arrival.

Nestled in the heart of World Golf Village near the World Golf Hall of Fame and IMAX Theater, The Residences is situated on the 8th hole of the award winning championship Slammer & Squire Golf Course. Five minutes down the road you will find another award winning championship course…The King & Bear. Onsite you have access to a heated outdoor pool and a fitness center. Nearby, long term guests also have access to the King & Bear lap pool, zero entry pool, tennis courts, and additional amenities (all subject to COVID restrictions). The Circles of Wellness Spa, great restaurants and a shopping outlet mall are about five to seven minutes away. Only twenty minutes away you will find sandy white sparkling beaches and historic Old Town St. Augustine where you will experience remarkable history, restaurants, carriage rides, trolley rides, museums, tours, and festivals throughout the year.
To make the most of our beautiful area we highly recommend your own vehicle, but for those who prefer walking there are some area restaurants 1.5 to 2.5 miles away.

Host lives locally but not onsite and is available as needed. Let us know if you would like champagne and chocolates to celebrate a special occasion.
