Our Story
This building stands as a testament to the beloved founders of The LeeAnn, John and LeeAnn Farrell. The bronzed statue outside of The LeeAnn is that of John V. Farrell in 1927. At the age of 8 years old, John Farrell acquired a taste for making deals by selling puppies in the Rainier Valley neighborhoods.
After serving on the CV-2 USS Lexington in World War II, John returned to the United States and discovered a penchant for buying and selling cars. This soon evolved to purchasing, developing, and selling property. At the insistence of his wife, LeeAnn, the Farrells purchased this parcel in 2003. This building stands as a tribute to John and LeeAnn, their dedication to family, and their love for each other.

If you think about renting Apt 520 read this:
The people above this apartment move back and forth endlessly. Their heel stomping is very irritating and can go on for hours.
On January 3, 2022 I met with the manager. I voiced my concerns regarding this constant irritation. She told me there had never been any previous complaints regarding this noise.
About a month later the previous Tenant of 520 moved back to the complex. We talked with her and she said that she had complained about this while living in 520. She said I don't know why they rent out Apartment 520 with the constant heel stomping from above. So much for creditably of the management.
We're now to the end of March and still the aggravation continues. Management says they have talked with the tenant and they say they walk normally. But who walks back and forth 20 to 30 times an hour and plants their heels on the floor like there made of lead when they are home?
Management has met with us again and we have been offered another apartment. This apartment wasn't adequate for our needs. We were then released from our lease with no charges. We're sorry to leave this apartment but the noise is unbearable. The management and staff are great.
So be for warned if you contimplate renting Apartment 520 The LeeAnn apartments.

The neighborhood is convenient and safe. I walked my dog late at night without problems. I would live there again, although this time i would choose a unit with AC probably.
