Giardino, our newest building, is located just blocks from all the bustle that Ballard has to offer! Stroll the year-round Sunday Farmers Market, hit the beach at Golden Gardens, catch some live music, and just generally surround yourself with this historic neighborhood’s vibrant blend of city living and maritime soul.

Giardino’s standard suites combine all the classic Pod features — a kitchenette with quartz counters, microwave and 3/4-size fridge, an adjustable closet organizer, and a complimentary twin bed, table, and chair — while the building’s several small efficiency dwelling units (SEDUs) offer personal stoves as well. All standard units are graced with higher 9-foot ceilings, while the top-floor lofts are even more spacious, with a number having lovely views of the Olympics. Your Pod is waiting!
