This is a shared living arrangement. While we are all considerate and mindful, a certain amount of flexibility is expected in our household :). We want to keep a friendly atmosphere free of drama and conflict, so no uptight personalities.
Our roommate moved out and we have a room available in our house. We will have a very spacious and fully furnished bedroom in a lovely, comfortable home in South Seattle available by then. This is a very central location with short commutes to downtown Seattle, airport, South Center Mall, and more!
Details:
• 175 sqf room fully furnished with a queen sized bed, 42" FHD Samsung Smart TV, dresser, nightstand, computer desk, chair, and lamps. Room can also come unfurnished if requested.
• High speed fiber optic internet for working remotely. 200+mbps download/upload over WiFi (5G), ~3ms latency for those who want to geek out, 600+ mbps down/upload over ethernet.
• On a private road, right off WA-509 within 10 minute drive to Seattle Downtown.
• Spacious living room with two couches, 65" 4K smart-TV + playstation, coffee table, large windows and plenty of light
• Large kitchen with stainless steel appliances: oven/range, dishwasher, oversized fridge, microwave, and movable kitchen island. Typical kitchen equipment such as pots, pans, cutting board, toaster, rice cooker and cooking utensils are available.

• Nearest bus lines: 128 - 1 minute walk, 131 - 8 minutes walk (bus comes every 10-15 minutes)
• Others: Within minutes to restaurants, schools, hospitals, parks and lakes
Rental terms:
• Security Deposit equals one month rent. Prepayment of last-month rent required if credit score is less than 720
• 1 year lease preferred.
• $150/month for utilities covering electricity, water, heating, garbage, fiber optic high-speed internet (220mbps over 5g wifi and 600+ mbps over ethernet), and monthly professional shared bathroom and shared space cleaning.
Eligibility Requirements
• NON-SMOKING. NO DRUGS. No excessive drinking, or other illegal activity
• Renter’s insurance required (typically costs about $10-$15/month and is very easy to set up)
• Minimum verifiable monthly income of four times the rent required
• Minimum credit score of 700 required
• Criminal / Background / Rental History / Employment / Income check will be done
About the housemates:
We are a diverse set of female/male roommates who work in finance, tech, ops, and education in our 20-30s. We are all easygoing, quiet, respectful and friendly. In our free time we like to travel, hike, play poker, board games and watch Netflix. We enjoy friendly conversations and making sure everyone is comfortable and happy. We have friends over for low-key socializing or BBQ once in a while. We keep the house clean and do not wear outdoor shoes inside.
Who we are looking for:
A professional with a stable income who is easygoing, responsible, emotionally mature (regardless of age), respectful and clean with great communication skills. We want common spaces to feel welcoming and comfortable for everyone, so a good understanding of respect for shared spaces & personal boundaries/needs are key.
