Great place! I just moved in last week! I never had the opportunity to tour the place before signing the lease but everything I wanted to know was on the website. Apartment looked actually a lot better than I expected. I love how dog friendly the neighborhood is as well the beach is just a 15 min walk away.
Only con though is you can hear your neighbors above you. If you choose the second and first floor! Its actually very annoying... especially if you have neighbors that are up at all times throughout the day.. not sure what they're doing but its non stop walking running. Sunday night at 1AM i can just hear foot steps.
Other than that, I recommend this place as the amenities are top notch and they do a great job of cleaning the area. Making the place look clean and safe for everyone.

The maintenance team here is always the friendliest and always quick to assist. I had a pipe that had a small leak under the sink and Caesar came to the rescue. He always has a smile, is kind and always asks if everything is ok when I pass him in the property or is there anything I need. And watches out for and asks about my Dad who lives in the community as well. The best of business work here at Eaves Seal Beach.

The maintenance staff here at Eaves is great, there was a leak in the bathroom sink that was going on and off for a few months and had a couple of maintenance techs try and fix it but the leak kept coming back...last tech here was Cesar and he really went above and beyond, found that there was a major leak that had to be repaired in more depth and also followed up to make sure everything was ok after it was repaired! Thanks Cesar appreciate your thoroughness!
