This place bends over backwards for you. I had cat pee in my carpet and after two attempts to ozone it they replaced the carpet. They have been highly efficient in communication. I always knew what was going on and the maintenance workers always had the jobs done ASAP. The leading agents are beyond helpful. I had to break my lease for personal reasons and the agents provided many options and they were so flexible. I dont ever write reviews but service like this cant go unnoticed or unappreciated. Best management ever!

Expect to pay fees for EVERYTHING! $10/mo just to get any packages bigger than your mailbox (which is super tiny), $40/mo for covered parking, $180/mo if you want a garage, $100/mo for water NO MATTER what your actual usage is (no one is metered, you just pay with the rent), $11/mo for property taxes, $35/mo per pet, $10/mo if you don't make them the primary policy holder of your rental insurance so they can screw you if something happens, and forget about filing any complaints regarding neighbors and disruptive behavior after 10 p.m. because management will just tell you it's your responsibility to get recorded evidence which never comes out as loud as what the actual noise levels are! I can't speak to current management because it just changed, but I wouldn't hold your breath. They put out policies then don't enforce them. We've already given notice and are out of here next month! We're looking forward to getting decent nights' sleep again since we haven't had that in over a year. But if you have a large dog that's noisy and disruptive at all hours of the night, and might be breed restricted elsewhere, then this place might be perfect for you! I almost forgot to mention the drug needle we found stashed in the closet when we first moved in and all we got was "oh, sorry". Then as I'm packing today and cleaning under the sink, I found the bottom of a cut soda can that was obviously used to cook their drugs ... but they charge you for "cleaning" upon move-out. Ok, sure.

Lived here for 2 years. Overall it was a really good experience. The apartment was nice and anytime something broke maintenance was there promptly. The only complaint I would have is with management. My boyfriend and I always felt belittled after having a conversation with some of them. With that said Spencer was really friendly and was always willing to go the extra mile. *** my boyfriend and I ended up moving back here last minute, and the experience was the exact opposite of our first experience. There was a water leak in one of the rooms and maintenance came, looked at it, and then it took over a month to have them come back and actually fix the problem. We called multiple times scheduling for the repair, and everytime we were told that maintenance was too busy to get to us that day, and it got to the point where we had an argument with Natasha because we kept getting pushed back, and she said we had never scheduled anything and that we never called... There were too many arguements with management because of too many problems they didn't feel like solving.

The biggest things were the air and our refrigerator and both were taken care of. I am not happy with the floor under the kitchen sink although it looks very nice its still not level and the bottles and cans still fall over. Both Kevin and Lee are very nice and extremely helpful

The front office staff, especially Scott, have been delightful to work with. Maintenance is slower to respond than I am used to; however, this is not because of the front office not doing their part. They are in the process of upgrading the units, and things have to be prioritized accordingly. This is understandable, considering my maintenance concerns have been minor. The cleaning company that is currently being used by the property is what has cost them a star, unfortunately. Things looked great on the surface when we moved in, but once closer attention was given I noticed basic things that were not done and should have been (baseboards and windowsills, for example). Overall I would still recommend living here to anyone looking for somewhere to live in Sandy that is reasonably priced. Youre going to end up cleaning your own way when you move in anyway, and I am sure that they evaluate who they contract with for things like that on a regular basis. The consistently outstanding and efficient customer service from the front office staff is solely responsible for why I did not even consider looking at other places during my relocation. Thank you for making it easy!

Ive been living here at Alpine Meadows since 2015. Up until recently I have enjoyed living here other than the outrageous amount of rent I pay each month equally nearly $1200 dollars for an old, unupdated 1 bedroom 1 bathroom it has been good. The worst thing about living here are the other tenants that have moved in this last past year. Like I mentioned above I have lived here since 2015. I have had several upstairs neighbors come and go with my time here and have had zero complaints but oh honey let me tell you my current upstairs neighbors are HORRIBLE. I have complained not once, not twice but THREE times about my current upstairs neighbors and still experience them stomping on the ceiling from 9:00 pm - 4:00 am every single night. I have to sleep with ear plugs in order to function the next day for work. Im helpless at this point and realize one of us is gonna have to go. The grounds hardly ever had garbage, cigarette buts or animal feces anywhere. It was clean and enjoyable, now the grounds are littered with garbage, cigarette buts and TONS of dog poop! Its very disappointing. Ive made suggestions to help eliminate some of these issues but they were ignored. I dont think Alpine Meadows is in my future. I would love to receive help about my upstairs neighbors as well as cleanliness of the grounds enforced or this will unfortunately be my last lease here.

I do not recommend this complex. For the price you are much better off with a Wasatch Property as they will treat you like a normal human. The apartments are fairly outdated and lack quality appliances and features (except for a mandatory $10 a monthly parcel locker if you want to receive packages!). Expect to be charged for every little thing upon move-out and none of it is negotiable. Steer clear, folks!!!

Love the location and Alpine Meadows staff, apartment are well maintain and the quick to respond with any issues we have. The only problem that I have is that I live in the back of the apartments and there is so much dog poop, I have a dog too but I cant even walk on the grass at night because I will step on poop. My only recommendation is that some on put a sign to pick up there poop or have someone clean it once a month.

It's more expensive than a lot of places around and they nickel and dime you for everything. Reserved parking (10$/month), automatic bill-pay (3$ min/month), you can't event receive packages without paying for their parcel delivery service (10$/month). The office staff turnover is insanely bad. Do not rent here.

And most of all I have to say is bad is about the billing and the running of this here apartment complex is these people are in denial!.. how can you act like you guys arent grabbing for every single last dollar you can screw us out of! I havent had to many problems with staff other than they are a little snarky and drained in the front office not a big deal may need a new staff pick me up reading the other reviews ..Human beings realize every single extra increase you guys try to add on your bills. Couldnt help to realize the extra 50 dollar summer bill increase ... its nice how you guys get new roofs and roads but keep 1980s appliances!!!! ALL APPLIANCCES ANCIENT DOESNT EVEN GET HOTTER THAN 70 degrees of heat in winter they said and the energy bill was 180$ for a studio.... in these supposed "luxury homes"... I dont know who is under management but now they are in complete denial of what these places are worth!! you add 950 plus mandatory increased monthly bill (that fluctuates inconspicously with their renovations). You could rent a house compared to this. your late fee is outrageous and you are tlking to brick walls on that one....oh yeah its 10$ to take your own garbage out a month.... and 10$ a monthfor them to accept mail that wont fit in your tiny box... that most places have renovated larger boxes for free...... go figure :P... moral of the story YOUR MONEY WILL GO 3x FURTHER ANYWHERE ELSE. Pros the maintenence was fast. they are ready for anybody to move in immediately with winter discounts. The community is pretty friendly..... I got everybody moved out and we are on to the next place. as far as the bill for the damages ill kepp you all posted if they are fair. if the one star reviews dont speak loud enough. dont bother commenting back just fix the problems!!! be more reasonable its not your staff ! its you! they reflect you!

We added our dog onto our lease in July and we never noticed that pet rent was never billed to us until the day before Thanksgiving when we received a note on our door saying we owed all the money for the pet. We spoke with Morgan and she admitted it was an error on their end and she would see about getting it waived. Later we spoke with Natasha and felt like we were talking to a wall. She refused to waive the fee and said that it's our fault for not paying the bill, even though we were never billed for it until now. Yes, we signed a paper to pay pet rent but we assumed that meant pay the $30 each month, not wait 4 months to be surprised by a large bill RIGHT BEFORE THE HOLIDAYS. Other than this issue, I have many more. 1. The staircase by our apt was wobbly and loud for a long time, I had to talk to Brittany twice, showed it to the maintenance guy, and finally had to raise my voice with Natasha before it got fixed. Took over a month. 2. If you don't pay an extra $10 each month on your rent you can't receive packages. We didn't know our new credit card would be coming via UPS and these idiots sent it back to our bank and we had been worrying for a few weeks where the card was. 3. Dog wash key is only available to check out during office hours and as long as another resident isn't hoarding it. Super inconvenient if you like to take your dog hiking on Sundays and can't give him a bath after. 4. There is a camera in the gym so they can watch you work out. Creepy! 5. Covered parking. I spoke with Scott about getting a covered parking spot because there were 2 vacant spots for a few months and I decided I wanted one, only to find out there was a wait list. Why they didn't call those wait list people sooner? I don't know, probably because they are incapable of doing their jobs. This is by far the WORST place I've ever lived, thanks to the idiots in the office. Can't wait until my lease is up, because it's an astronomical amount of money to cancel early.

Me and my wife moved here when we were first married and it was a horrible experience, the staff is not experienced, unhelpful and they will nickle and dime you for everything. The day we moved in they told us they were going to be there because it was a holiday so i made sure to check, when we arrived with all our stuff they were not there, luckily the door to our apartment was open but we could not leave because we couldn't lock it, then they failed to give us our move in maintenance form. The long 7 months we lived there they kept accusing me of having my dog off the leash which was false and the apartment was in bad shape, the sink was rotted and they painted it to try to cover it up, not cool. my car got stolen while we lived there and my keys and they made that a worse experience then it already was charging me for all the keys. My wife also had a bracelet that was stolen from inside the apartment. Then when we moved out they charged us for EVERYTHING, repaint all the walls, cleaning ( even though we sent a week cleaning). We got the heck out and now live in a really nice town home for less money and they actually treat us with respect. if your looking at this place don't let them fool you. there was not one good experience from there and the management was the worst part. iv'e seen fast food places with better management. you would probably have better luck living in a box.

I lived there around 8 month...all the stuffs are too old and stops functioning anytime.... and when you will move out from there They will charge you like anything... 1. while moving out they will charge for whole house paint regardless you have not destroyed anything....... 2. I cleaned the carpet and whole home completly .. it was neat and clean but still they charged all of it.. 3. While you will rent there its old so its obvious it won''t be up to that mark.. but when you will move out then expect it would be brand new... 4. And all the inspection would be done after one week of your move out. Before leaving I requested so many time but they didn't do it... even after moving date I called then so many time for update but they says no update and update will be available after 15 days. If you are depositing security then forget about it they will keep it in their pocket by any means...

My wife and I have lived in both a one bedroom model as well as a two bedroom model and haven't had any issues that seemed out of the ordinary. Most of the complaints I hear come from people that I don't think have really lived in many apartment complexes. The legal issues surrounding apartment living are spelled out in detail in the contracts people sign. Most of the complaints I've seen are along the lines of "I didn't think they would really hold me to that. I mean really." No. Really. The complaints about quality didn't apply to my, or any apartment I visited either. There are always stinkers; that's life. It sucks when it's your apartment, but most are just fine or even great. I DO recommend living here, and I enjoyed it, especially given the convenience of everything around us. If you're worried about over-pricing just take a look at every other place in the vicinity.

Horrible management, no parking, awful neighbors, cops frequent at other apartments, hidden fees, they tell you one thing and then a day later say something else. They have charges for everything. Their pool is a bath tub for every one. The fire alarm pull has been broken 9 of the 10 months we have lived here. They have not been helpful at all. Oh and we have hot water for 15 minutes. Way to expensive for our little one bedroom. I am also pretty sure they charge extra to your water bill before sending to you. And last but not least the dumpsters are ALWAYS FULL.

honestly, i liked the place while i lived there and when i left is when the problems began. i had to leave before my lease was over, so another person came in and took it over for me while i moved out of state. almost the entire staff knew of the situation: that i was moving out of state and not returning and the girl taking my place was there for an internship and would be leaving at the end of the lease. well, then i got a letter in the mail 2 weeks before my lease was up saying they needed 30 days notice IN WRITING. i immediately faxed in a letter saying i wasn't renewing my lease. they said it was too late and are charging me an extra 2 weeks at the market rate. i understand that it was in my lease that i signed, but it was a year ago and forgot they needed written notice (everywhere else i've lived they needed verbal). i feel like since they all knew i was leaving town they should have just said, "hey, while you're still here we need it in writing that you won't be returning." i believe in karma, and i hope the office staff gets screwed out of money sometime soon.
