Breed Restrictions:   Pitbull Terriers (including PitBull Mix), Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Presa Canarios, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, Wolf-hybrids, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies

Size Restrictions:   Dogs are typically restricted due to a perceived tendency to be aggressive or attack, or sometimes if they're particularly large or strong. We reserve the right to change our pet policy at any time

Number Limit:   Up to 3 pets allowed

Pet Deposit:   $500 security deposit for up to two pets; additional $500 for third

Pet Rent:   $75/Month per dog; $50/Month per cat

Other:   Requirements for Pet Agreement: vaccination records, breed, name, weight, color, and a photo of the animal. Service and comfort animals require a signed letter from a licensed professional. (Note- CA Law states we cannot charge pet rent nor a security deposit for service animals.)
