We have a private space in our shared room. It is not big, but private and furnished. The apartment has two rooms, one bath. The rent is $750 a month. I pay back up to $100 a month for cleaning after yourself in communal areas and not making excessive noise, so $750-$100=$650. Street parking is available. Roommates are clean, and quiet. Great walking score of 97. Close to shops and restaurants. Located on a quiet street but in a great location. Lombard street, Columbus St. and different sights are nearby. Within walking distance to Chinatown, North Beach, Soma, Fishermen's Wharf and the Financial District. Close to tons of public transportation. Basically the perfect location! Street parking available. Kitchen, shower, and bathroom are recently renovated. Looking for someone clean and quiet. Utilities (Electricity, Gas, Wifi, water, and garbage) are not included.
