I lived at The Mosaic for 13 months after looking at over a dozen apartments in San Antonio. I loved the unit styles, polished concrete, high ceilings and high quality fixtures. While I was there they were constantly improving things. Hallways and common areas were always clean and maintained. I had no issues with my unit, never saw a homeless person sleeping in the elevator, never had anything stolen or my car broken into. Management seemed to always be watching what was going on in the parking garage. I received prompt replies to any inquiries made to the front desk. Hannah was always friendly and working hard. I probably wouldn't have left if I didn't need a bit more space on a budget. My only gripe (not worth a star deduction) was the annoyance factor/time limitations in having to go to the front office to recharge my laundry card for the public washer/dryers rather than being able to use an app or something online. These reviews are not accurate of this complex at all. All of the one stars are people pissed off they did a walk-in and didn't get immediate service? Grow up.

This apartment complex has been a blessing. Hannah, at the front desk, was the reason we decided to stay in a much nicer (and yes more expensive) apartment then we had ever lived at before and honestly, it's been worth every penny. The front office is always on whatever you need and the maintenence guys are quick and efficient. The only thing I could complain about would be that were so close to downtown, where petty crime happens (which can happen anywhere...). Overall, it's been a terrific experience thus far. It appears people only rate this place when they're disgruntled. The Mosaic has been a highlight of living in San Antonio.

Don't do it. this place is horrible. it has really gone down hill in the past year. they can never seem to keep a manager, there has been 5 different ones in the past 2 years. and they all talk about how much they hate the micro-managing owner. the last 6 months that i lived there, there was SO many cars that got broken into, yes, even in the designated $90 a month gated area. my apartment had 4 leaks, one caused over $3,000+ in damages. i contacted the vice president of broadway developments 3 times through email..... no response. then when i moved out, they kept half my deposit to clean up after the leak that i didn't cause. horrible. my A/C wasn't working properly for 5 months, i made 8 maintenance requests and they could never get it right. they didn't want to pay to get an outside company to come fix it. i would not waste your money on this place. not unless you want to run into homeless men sleeping in the elevator at 2 am or swim in a grungy pool.

I miss The Mosaic! FABULOUS location, nice sized apartments with nice layouts, and Hannah in the Leasing Office is my favorite person ever (and I've lived in 3 different apartment complexes in San Antonio before the Mosaic)!! David with maintenance always came to the please-help-fix-it rescue within 24-48 hours (most times within the same business day) so I was never inconvenienced by routine living space "things." JoyRide spin studio right in the lobby has some of *the best* spin classes around (We Salazar is AMAZING) and Tacos & Tequila on the ground level has a Sat/Sun brunch that never disappoints. You will pay more than your average San Antonio rent prices, but it is worth every penny!

I've never lived here but I've visited plenty of friends who live here. The apartments are really clean and has a very modern vibe. The pool is great and it is in a great location, right next to the Fiesta Parade route! My only problem with this place is that the apartments are pretty small and the cost/sq. ft. ratio is a bit high.
