I have really enjoyed living at Rosemont. The staff is incredibly accommodating-- both Brandi and Aaron have gone out of their way to make our move a smooth transition. The maintenance staff is very professional, and timely and the property is well maintained. The apartments come with black granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and tall cabinets. We have a two bedroom and for the location and upgrades there isn't a better property. I strongly recommend looking at Rosemont at Olmos Park for your next move.

DO NOT LIVE HERE! Management is terrible. They will scam you with bills that are not in your contract and/or overcharge you for random services you never had. When we moved out, they sent our utilities bill to our old address at the apartment complex (we've moved away, duh!) despite us leaving a forwarding address multiple times. Within two months we received a call from a debt collector, even though they sent the bill to the wrong address twice and we never even received it. Furthermore, the bill is full of charges that should not be there and go against our contract. I called once, was told to call back, and haven't been able to get them on the phone since (pushing 15 tries now). I am convinced they are intentionally ignoring my calls. We have heard from several other people who all had the same issue, this is not an isolated incident. This place is already overpriced and not worth the headache. AVOID AT ALL COSTS THIS PLACE WILL SCAM YOU!

To keep this review short, as I'm sure I could bore you with my drama filled experience, the apartments are nice. Nice appliances and cabinets, etc. I never had any noise issues, but I lived on the third floor. I never had a safety issue. We did have security alarms, but management had 0 idea how to turn them on. We were told they could be turned on and make noise when a door or window was opened, even if you did not pay for a monitoring service; however, management could not explain why ours did not work. Neither could maintenance. Maintenance....Our A/C never was 100% full functional. If we ever set it from auto to on, the entire unit would break down and we would be left to the Texas heat for a few days. Once it was "fixed," we would have to set it to 64, wait for it to hit 64, then we could set it to a normal person's preferred temperature. Hello, electric bill. Finally, management. Oh...management. They are a complete and utter mess. They switch out the entire staff ever few months so that any problems you have with the previous staff, the current staff can claim that they weren't here and you can't be mad at them. Any problems you have with the current staff, they can simply ask that you understand they're new and trying to get settled in. Currently, all of my calls and emails are being dodged because they do not want to explain a $50 carpet cleaning fee on my final charges, even though we paid $180 for professional carpet cleaners. I have actually been hung up on, my calls completely ignored. Mind you, I did not use any profanity and tried to maintain as much composure as possible through the last month of dealing with management. They canceled appointments without telling us. Told us they were too busy, even to do small tasks such as ensure that a piece of paper is inside your file. You will probably have to sign the same contract multiple times or hand them multiple copies of the same piece of paper, because, in my opinion, they forget to actually place it in the file. tl;dr Don't move here. There are cheaper places around the area that are less of a headache. I'm done trying to resolve the $50 charge and actually speak to a professional to ask what is going on. Now I'm just an angry ex-resident with nothing but a laptop and internet connection to write these nasty reviews.

The apartments are nice...but the management is horrible. Two smoke alarms were going off in the apartment when I arrived on a Thursday evening. Needless to say I was unable to sleep that night! I went to office and reported the maintenance problem in a friendly and timely manner to an office employee early Friday morning. I left that day and didn't return to apartment until late that night, when I entered the apartment I could hear the smoke alarms still going off. Another sleepless night!! I called the apartment complex number and a lady answered. I explained the problem and she said it would be taken care of today (Saturday). So I got dressed and waited for awhile. Then went to eat lunch at about 11:30. When I came back from lunch the alarms were still going....I then walked to office and the same Hispanic woman who had helped me Friday was there. She then proceeded to tell me that a maintenance man had gone to apartment but no one was home. So he couldn't go in to fix the problem. Well maintenance enters apartments all the time when there is no one home and she hadn't told me someone needed to be home. So I was very irritated because she made it seem it was my fault! She argued with me in front of people in the office (very unprofessional) about how she didn't have to do a work order because my name wasn't on the lease. It's my son's apartment but he was called out to work in the early hours of the morning and asked me (his mother) if I could go and take care of the alarms. Well long story short the maintenance man did come to fix the alarms and he told me, he had been called to his home and asked to go take care of the alarms and a couple of other problems that morning. He had no work orders on FRIDAY! Just saying......

I have never experienced worse management. Any time we had maintenance issues, it would take weeks to hear from them. They constantly tried to raise rent after we had already signed on to a year lease. They took no responsibility. We had a car broken into within the gated parking lot. This occurred because they failed to keep their gate shut at all times. Anyone had access to the lot. They mistakenly towed our vehicle and refused to pay to retrieve it, even though our car was registered. STAY FAR AWAY!
