I've been living here since the start of the year and my experience so far has been above my expectations. The manager Fatima is amazing and pays close attention to detail and is ready to address any issues. Maintenance is respectful and I see them cleaning the pool every day. The rest of the staff are warming and welcoming. My water and trash bill is like 12$! I really loved that the apartment comes with wood flooring, plenty of space, side by side refrigerators with ice makers and large bathrooms. I would highly recommend!

I love these apartments. I moved from the sister property across the street (which was wonderful as well) and they made my transition so smooth. They are clean. Everyone knows Texas is known for having insect and pest issues. I saw one when I first moved in. They came and sprayed and I haven't seen one since. Maintenance is out the same day or following day when I submit a request. The amenities are wonderful and the property is well maintained. The pools are beautiful. And the car wash on the property was convenient. Ms. Jeanette is attentive and always invites me to the community functions which are fun and they have free wine. When I re-signed my lease, Ms. Jeanette sent me a handwritten note. What a sweer gesture! If I had an option to purchase, I would!!!

My boyfriend and I recently moved to this property and we could not be more happier with every thing they have to offer. The office staff is extremely nice and welcoming. They are always so helpful and never make us feel like we are a bother. We have had one issue with our shower when we first moved in however they fixed the problem that very day and the problem never occurred again. The dog park with a pool is amazing for our fur baby and every owner that takes their dog their has been really nice. We love the location the apartments are in with everything we need less than 5 miles away. All in all we would totally recommend this apartment complex to anyone and everyone.

Had to move in quickly about a month ago Fatima and the staff were so helpful. They made sure I got exactly what I was needing in my new place with what little time I had. The office staff are amazing! Yvette, Kyla, and Jeanette are wonderful to work with! The pool by the office is amazing (hot tub is unfortunately often down for maintenance in the fall - winter months though when itd be perfect to enjoy). Maintenance requests are always handled quickly and professionally. Grounds are kept up. Pet friendly, but as a non-pet owner Ive never had any noise or smell issues. Parking has never been an issue. Resident events are fun with great prizes too! Its the best apartment living experience Ive had yet and Ive been here two years.

I have lived here for over a year and it's been pretty good! At first I did have issues (my apartment smelled like cigarettes, fleas, exc.) but now that the dust has settled and they have new office staff it has been very pleasant living here now. This apartment complex is also very chill and quiet. I used to live in a college apartment complex and was done with the loud music and party rocking every night so now that I'm an old lady I very much like the silent evenings. Maybe my only issue is the pool.. On the weekends there is always people who turn the entire pool area into a party with a DJ and do play music very loud but I guess that is not their fault.. I wish they kept up on the pool maintenance also because sometimes the water is cloudy or the bathrooms are horrendous, but if it ever is bad I usually go to the one in the front which is always nicer! And PS they do replace your air filters I put it in a request almost every month and they put in a brand new one! Another ps they are quick to respond to maintenance work orders.

This is one of the Worst Places I have ever Lived! Been here 6 Months and they still have not fixed anything we went over at time of signing the Lease! The parking is Horrible and they added a Huge speed bump at the entrance, Several residents have complained of needing alignments after going over the huge bump! There are no Stop or Yield signs in the complex so the College kids always speed through. Random Letters telling residents to watch their children and dogs and to pick up after them but why is their no letters for the beer bottles and used condoms in the pool areas, parking lots or dog park? They cut the grass and it gets all over your car and patio requiring you to clean it up. The Management takes no Responsibility over the towing He even send out letter stating is you have a flat you will be towed! I guess Ill drive my car with a flat to the nearest Authorized Mechanic and risk my life instead of waiting on it to be fixed by My roadside Assistance. They need to get rid of this horrible office staff. Also we are on water restriction in San Antonio why are they watering grass daily?

Most definitely the greatest place I've ever lived.. The few maintenance requests I had were always handled quickly and professionally, the landscaping is gorgeous, and the pool is like the ones in fancy hotels! Yes- let's be real, after a long weekend or some stormy weather it's a little uninviting, but 1st thing Monday morning maintenance is there to tidy it up! I love their attention to detail. Parking is okay if you come home at late hours, but a short walk after a long night is a small price to pay for living at such a great place. Their new manager Greg and the other office staff have only made my stay here more comfortable; always professional and polite. It really hurts my heart to have to move closer to work, if I could, I'd never leave. Thank you Boulder Creek for your kindness and care these past few years! I'll be sure to let my friends know where one of SA's best communities are! :)

Do Not Move Here! The Office Staff Lies to your Face and The Parking is Horrible.This company Requires you to Have a tag to park here but all I see are UTSA Tags. Guest Parking is Always full so I never have anyone over for FEAR of Getting Towed. I wash my car by hand and the sprinklers turn on and get water spots all over it. Why are they watering cars? and Why are sprinklers pointed to the Street and Sidewalks? They send out notices about new parking rules stating they can tow you for any reason they want! As prior Reviewers stated Yes even a Flat tire! This place is horrible the Dumpers are overflowing and the pool is always locked or closed for cleaning(Jacuzzi never works and never hot)! They had a party at the pool one day with a DJ playing loud Music only to cause it to echo in the complex and disrupt other residents. Random letters telling residents with dogs to clean up after them but then who cleans up after these college kids broken bottles in the parking area. They require you to replace the air filter in the Air conditioner.....I never had this required by me before other complexes provide air filters. Just Dont move here this used to be called Boulder Creek Luxury Apartments They lost the Name Luxury real fast when this new office staff came in.

I have been a resident since February of 2016. I have never had any problems. The apartments are beautiful, the kitchen in particular is why I choose this place. Maintenance is quick to respond. The staff is awesome! Especially today. Jeanette, the assistant manager and Yvette helped me find my car. I had one too many Whiskey coke's, and forgot where I parked. They were awesome and helped me out. I'll be sad when I have to leave this place.

They do a great job of keeping the property well-maintained and clean. I appreciate all their client-appreciation events - Free Pizza after work on Friday was awesome!

Boulder Creek is an exceptional place to live. The previous apartment I lived in was an absolute nightmare; Ive been at Boulder Creek for almost a year now, and Ive had a great experience. The apartments themselves are gorgeous and have many perks including a beautiful kitchen that rivals the one in my childhood home, a spacious porch, and a garden tub. The staff is very nice and helpful, and they foster a sense of community within the complex by hosting a variety of fun community events where you can chat and hang out with your neighbors. (The winter casino party was a blast!) Theyre always willing to help work through issues, and maintenance is timely with their requests. Im also a huge fan of the pool (its amazing) and the dog park. I could go on, but long story short, my time at Boulder Creek has been virtually painless, and I am very thankful for finding such a wonderful place to call home.

Terrible treatment of Active-Duty Servicemembers if you are in the military or fans of our military and soldiers, please do not rent at this apartment complex. The apartment was initially advertised to us as quiet and safe, and it was anything but. The apartment complex is full of college-aged adults, with frequent screaming at 3:00am and the consistent smell of weed from the apartment below us. My car and my wifes car were both broken into on separate occasions, and there were no less than 5 attempts at someone trying to enter our apartment when we were home, with one successful entry (the gentleman quickly fled when he saw I was waiting in the living room). Advertised as a dog-friendly apartment, which really means there is dog-crap everywhere, as no one seems to want to pick it up. Parking is terrible; my wife and I had to frequently park on the other side of the complex at night, 1/4 mile away from our apartment. Terribly overpriced apartments in addition to that, we were overcharged no less than three times during our stay there. When I received orders from the military and exercised a clause in their lease contract to break the lease before it ended, the apartment complex unlawfully withheld about $100 of our deposit. I say unlawfully because they literally broke the law. When I confronted management at Boulder Creek about this, the gentleman basically told me too bad. I wrote a letter to Michelson Realty corporate headquarters as well and waited over a month; I have yet to receive return of the money or an explanation of why they kept $100 of my money. In addition to this review, I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. In summary, there are plenty of other places to live in San Antonio. Unless you would like a similar experience, please avoid this apartment and the corporation that owns it, Michelson Realty. Thank you.

Place was great we thought but parking is horrible. Then break in's started and they are getting worse. Just last night there were 5 cars broken into. It's the second time my car has been broken into. I own a nice truck that I fear will be next. Then you get the Vulcan dust that covers EVERYTHING because it is right behind the complex. I pay allot of money to live with out fear of my truck or apartment being broken into and I will be moving as soon as my lease ends. Nice place but safety is not there at all.

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!! We applied for an apartment and were approved after needing excessive amounts of documentation Every single time we spoke to Ceran, something changed, needed more documents; apartment offered wasn't available: second floor apt was rented out so we went with the first floor, oh but now the 2nd floor is open again and by the time I got a hold of her again, she had rented it out again. Finally after asking if we need to find another place because our apt wasn't ever available for some reason, she repeatedly said no it'll be ready..NOW she just tells us she wants to start on a refund because our apt wouldn't be ready. and everything else they had offered us, they had rented out already before speaking to us after making the offer. Ceran said she will just refund our deposit knowing our lease was up at the end of the month and we even asked if we needed a back up apartment and she repeatedly told us NO... a liar. with have 9 days left on our lease to find a different apartment... I believe the apartment is ready, but we're just not the right skin color for these apartments..

We love these apartments they are beautiful. We love the layout and space for the amount that we pay. HOWEVER, the parking is horrible. We specifically asked how parking was because we both get off late from work and they had stated that parking would not be a problem because of the new sticker policy. Well the stickers are a joke and do not mean anything apparently because we have gone around the apartments many of times and counted 42, 56, and 21 cars that did not have a sticker. When the office was confronted the only thing that they could say is "Sorry, you can do covered parking". We called cooperate on 3 different occasions and never received a call back. Covered parking is a luxury we should NOT have to be FORCED to get covered parking. Money is not the issue, it is the principle behind it that we had specifically asked. And I just love how the front office's attitude changed once we moved in. They will do all they can to lure you in and then once you are signed you are just a dime a dozen. ANOTHER issue to be concerned with is that there have been several break-ins around the apartment complex. We have talked to the victims themselves at the dog park and how even some broke their lease because it was getting bad. The MANAGEMENT has yet to send out an email regarding this issue. We should be informed of what is going on in our community that we live in, where we are suppose to be safe. I should have took the reviews I had read more seriously. I know that only angry people write reviews but you should be made aware of issues if they endanger YOU and YOUR FAMILY.

Helping staff. Close to I10. Close to Walmart, Target, HEB, Regal cinemas, schools, restaurants, six flags, sea world..etc Great community.
