Building is great and a nice walk to downtown. Parking is awful. If you have more than one car, youll be parking on the street behind the apartment. Half the time you wont find a spot on that street so you have to park on 600 West. If there is an event going on at the Union Event Center, be prepared to walk a long way. The building is kept clean and the maintenance is fantastic. The manager is very nice. The hot tub is great on any given evening. I was able to walk to Harmons in downtown for groceries if I wanted. Being a short walk to the track station also helped. I would recommend this place as long as you do not have more than one car.

DO NOT RENT HERE. Three years ago when I moved out management tried billing me for multiple months of paid rent along with hundreds of dollars of damages that never happened. After involving my lawyers they backed off. It's been three years and they just started calling again with made up outstanding balances. Do yourself a favor and please take pictures of your apartments before and after so they cannot scam you. UPDATE: It has been four years and their lawyers are sending letters again, this time with entirely different made up charges for damages I have proof never occurred in the apartment. Do not rent here!

Do not rent here, they will do everything in their power to take advantage of you! They will try to nickle and dime you while you live there, then try to charge you for normal wear and tear when you leave! If I could give 0 stars I would. I stayed there just after they opened years ago, and only stayed for a year. We took impeccable care of the apartment as we very rarely were there, and received praise during our final walkthrough reflecting that. Since then we've been continually harassed for a few hundred dollars in "damages" that we had nothing to do with. Luckily I'm a photographer and took high res photos of literally every square inch of the apartment when I left, otherwise I'd likely be stuck with a bill that I didn't deserve.

Things are always broken and take months to get fixed and the hallways always smell awful due to trash chutes constantly overflowing. 644 City Station is terribly managed and a very unsafe place to live. Our cars got broken into 3 times while parked inside the gate. Although the units look nice, theyre cheaply made. AVOID THIS PLACE!

The walk through was quick and James answered all of my questions in a friendly and professional manner. Once moved in, management has been extremely responsive to any work orders I may have around the apartment. They purchased a new washer and dryer. I am happy :

I love this apartment complex! I have never lived downtown before and was skeptical about living in an apartment again. (Previous apartments have left a bad taste.) The location is perfect and convenient. Very close to movies, restaurants, bars, shopping etc.. The apartments are very spacious and comfortable and really feels like home. The kitchen has beautiful appliances and tons of cabinet space. Carmel and Devin have also been very kind and courteous, respond quickly to my questions or concerns and made the application process seamless. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend.

Great place to live if you don't use the internet a lot. What I like is the value here. Its hard to find the same amenities for the same prices throughout salt lake city. We have a dishwasher,washer,dryer and covered parking and central ac all for an affordable price. That's best part of living here. The apartments are big and spacious and the walk in closest are huge! You're greeted with granite counter tops and nice pho wood finishes. There is a sense of luxury and the appliances are top quality. The sense of community is nice and and the other tenants here are quite pleasant. I have rarely ever heard any of my neighbors. If the internet was better this place would be perfect for me. That's why I am rating 4 stars instead of 5. Management is nice enough to work with you and they seem to try to help you as much as they can. Which is really all you need. The people are friendly and professional. Any issues I've had (like my AC being broken for a while was fixed) was taken care of within a few phone calls. The experience while i wish it was shorter was professional and pleasant. I like living here and so do many other people. This maybe the next place you move and i would recommended it if your are looking for high quality features for a affordable rate.

I've lived here for a few years now and mostly enjoy it. Very convenient to downtown and work and Red Iguana. Some basic cleanup could be better. I will see plastic cups, cig butts and sometimes beer cans strewn around the parking lot and planters -- fallout from a lot of the college kids who live here. People will sometimes not pick up their dog poop despite there being plenty of bags and waste canisters on the building's grassy west side and despite signage that claims anyone who doesn't pick up their poop will be fined, which is pretty hard to enforce unless someone is caught in the act in person or on-camera. The nice stepping stones and rocks that replaced the old muddy grass on the west side are definitely an improvement, but they really need to be realigned -- all crooked and askew now. Also, the lights on the side of the building near the east side entrance are out and have been for about a week now. Also also, though it's presented as a secure complex, it's fairly easy for anyone to get inside at least the gated parking area for both vehicles and pedestrians. I have seen homeless people at night in the outdoor parking lot walking through and peering into cars and trying to open doors. Just make sure you always lock your car and don't keep valuables in them.

Overall the apartments inside are nice, parking is good, gates/secured doors work, management is polite, though the internet could be faster. My only real concern is the trash chutes get jammed a lot and the garbage outside (where we throw away dog poop) doesn't get changed enough, so people leave garbage around. It's really gross.
