Harrison hills apartments are by a mile the best apartments to live in Omaha. They have the best staff, always prompt and very willing to be of assistance. Their maintenance staff stands out with the wonderful job they do, the immaculate care they provide to the green space as well as the pool and all the amenities, and how quickly they solved our maintenance needs. My wife and I lived in different Broadmoore apartments and have continued to make wonderful memories at Harrison Hills. Candice, Jody, Leslie, Mackenna and the rest of the leasing agents go above and beyond to making sure that every resident has a great experience living here, and they actually listen to the demands of their residents. We definitely recommend anyone, to put this place at the top of your search when you are apartment hunting.

DO NOT RENT HERE. Weve lived here just over a month and theres been nothing but problems. First night we were welcomed by a drunk neighbor throwing rocks at his girlfriends window and the garages, maintenance entered our apartment without notice for a non-emergency call, we had ants coming into our apartment, we had two windows that had broken seals and condensate built up between the panes (we now have one management is refusing to replace even though water runs between the panes), and we now have flies coming into our apartment. Not just a few, but over a hundred flies. The exterminator blamed us for leaving blinds open over night, but the model units have blinds and lights left on over night and have no issues. The flies dont even swarm our food, garbage, or lights so how is it our fault theyre coming in? Also, if you like being able to hear your tv or another person talking when the AC is running, dont move here. The blowers are extremely loud, and we were told ours is one of the quiet ones. We chose to live here for its location, we got a special rate, and that its voted Best of Omaha, but we have not seen anything about how it is the best at anything but being the worst. Were now realizing its a special rate because management knew of all of these problems and refuse to make it right. The scary thing is we live right about the a model and across the hall from another model. If they cant maintain the building where theyre actively showing apartments to prospective renters, it makes me wonder how poorly maintained the rest of the units are. In fact, maintenance told us the person who moved out of our unit moved to another on the property and says he misses living in it. How bad is his new unit?

Harrison Hills was my first apartment living experience and I can tell you it was everything I needed it to be and more. Everything is fantastic from the office staff to the maintenance. If a light bulb would go out or any little thing I needed maintenance was there in a timely manner. The office staff was so sweet and helpful especially times I locked my keys in my apartment. They also throw some awesome get togethers and pool parties which is a plus. All of my neighbors were very nice and I always felt like I was alone in my complex with how quiet the neighbors were. Choose Harrison Hills. I had nothing short of a great experience.

been living here for a long time. Incredible place to live. Staff is stupendous. ground are very well maintained. clubhouse is always immaculate and the community is very inclusive. Although the bowling alley isnt always working, it fun with it does. Will venture to say it one of the best if not the best apartment complex in Omaha.
