I want to thank those who live here for their review. I nearly moved into this house from Chatham manor in Chatham ny. This management after 3 years of waiting gave me two weeks to respond only after receiving their mail forwarded mail 125 miles further away, which in person here, I updated my address, the letter of availability was correct but my old address on the envelope was blatantly incorrect. Now how was I supposed to receive that ? Now this management can argue with you about availability, mismanagement. I called to talk to the one in charge not available, emailed, no response, called again, not available. Very poor standards God watched out for me on this transfer.

Shows mismanagement and incompetence. Glad I declined your location. See if you have a open lease to vacate anytime.

A Hair (hare) Shirt!!! Apartments decent. Well maintained. But the office management and maintenance are corrupt. They go through apartments. They watch bank accounts and give out your personal information. The neighbors are rude. That's because the office management uses the tenants they spy and steal with harrass to either join in corrupt illegal practices or force them to move. You pay for electric heat and hot water. They have electric water heaters. But it does not heat enough water for a hot bath. And they know it. Then you have old man his friends banging on the bathroom walls. You pay to be harrassed by the office management and tenants. Many people have died on and in the premises in the 2/1 years I been here. One even died outside a meter grid. But that's because he was tampering with it the grid. I've seen many of corner yellow red stribbed ambulances to take away the dead bodies. And, there has been lots of bogus fires. Thomas Trambolli, the ex super is mostly behind it with others I won't mention. He hides in the apartments to harrass, so he can steal.Trambolli is a perverted bum and thief, who has threatened me many times. That is corrupt. The old Men are mean and perverted. This building gets free stuff from the city and government. So, Trambolli and other greedy men think are god's to Lord over it. They go through tenants apartments when they are not home. They have the free junk. That's my two cents.........
