I've lived here for almost 2 years now and I have loved it. Fantastic location for me, right next the max line makes it easy for me to get around and there are so many grocery stores near by. Samantha has always been super helpful whenever I need something. Steven is always running round and doing an amazing job keeping things clean and completing repairs quickly.

We are in the process of leasing an apartment with Laurel42 and the staff there is incredible. Jose worked with us to overcome a couple bumps we encountered and even when things were out of his control he made us feel like we were being taken care of. He was so responsive and kept us in the loop at all times. I just had the pleasure of speaking with Samantha and she was so kind and helpful. They were both so professional and easy to talk to. My partner and I are so excited to live here after our experience with the staff.

I have lived here for almost a year and really enjoyed it. The building is really quiet and I can never hear my neighbors next door. I can sometimes hear footsteps above me, but its really not bad. The open floor plan wasnt for me personally, but I still think this is a fantastic building to live in. There is a guy here daily cleaning and maintaining the building who does a SUPERB job. He works so hard. I really dont understand these negative reviews complaining about garbage as I have never seen a building so well maintained. Sometimes residents dont read the signs and wont break down the boxes correctly in the garbage room, but they usually clean that up really quick. The car matrix has never damaged my car, you just have to wait about 3 minutes on it. I will miss this place!
