We just transferred from Abu Dhabi. Tina was absolutely amazing. She helped me with the process from the start to finish. she spent a lot of time helping us with the documents needed for a new immigrant. The apartment itself is wonderful. the ambiance is very relaxing with all the towering trees that makes the area cooler.

I just moved here from Arkansas and so far I absolutely love it. The location is beautiful and well maintained. Tina in the front office was fantastic from the start. Very patient and kind. She did a great job at explaining everything and answered all my questions from my very first inquiry. She walked through the apartment with me when I first arrived to ensure everything was up to standard which it definitely was. The apartments are beautiful and all the residents are so nice and welcoming. My neighbors are friendly and introduced themselves when they saw me moving in. It was awesome. The location is perfect to the beach and all nearby necessities.I absolutely love it here and thank you Tina for being so wonderful!

My husband and I have loved living here the past few weeks. We moved in December and it was a super simple move in process. Tina Baum works at the front desk and helped us with the leasing process and on the day we moved it. This is my first time to live in an apartment and its been great so far. There are a lot of young people that live here which is also nice.
I do wish the dog park was a little nicer. It is mostly just sand and dirt but my dogs still love running around it.
The parking is great! I know some apartments run into spacing issues but we are always able to park right next to our apartment without a problem.
